Brendan and his team did a fanastic job, we had a leak coming through our kitchen slider and some other areas above bay windows and the membrane roof needing patching. They completed most of the work in one day and needed to return to complete one small area. They were professional and courteous, they protected the deck and driveway and left the area where they were working spotless. Good price, good work and good people...hopefully I will be using this company again for some unexpected work - once we submit the bids to the insurance company.

His estimates were a little higher than some of the other guys we looked at, but it was clear that his estimates were also more comprehensive. I felt the work went at a good pace, however I chose never to ask him for time estimates. (Can't be disappointed if you dont have big expectations.) His team was friendly, and very professional. I felt very comfortable with all of them in my home. We were very happy with the quality of the work that everyone put in and we have a beautiful space to show for it. They stand by their work and clearly take pride in a job well done.

Brendan gave an estimate a couple months back. I chose him based on referrals from Angie's list and a local listserve. His price was towards the bottom of 4 quotes, but they were all in the same range. Once a start date was set, his team arrived each day promptly at 7:30 am, and they did a section each day. Brendan was onsite several times each day, and was always available to answer questions. Even with heavy rain a couple times during the week, we had no issues since they stripped and finished each section without leaving the roof exposed (or with a giant tarp) at any time. It was a very hot week, and the whole crew was very personable despite the conditions. They cleaned up each night, and at the end of the week you wouldn't know they were there, except of course for a much better looking roof!

After meeting with Brendan Driscoll and receiving a written price quote to replace the roof of my garage, as well as answers to a few questions I had, I hired Driscoll Contracting in Littleton, MA. On the day the work was to be performed, Brendan and his crew arrived at my house (right on time), and wasted no time setting up their equipment. Prior to any demolition, they blanketed the interior of my garage with tarps and placed wide plywood board around the exterior to catch falling nails and debris. They then removed 2 layers of severely weathered and deteriorated shingles from my garage to reveal a number of badly rotted boards, which they replaced at no additional cost to me. Less than 6 hours later the job, including clean-up, was done. In my opinion, they did a top-notch roofing job and a very thorough clean-up. In fact, I found no nails or debris inside or outside of the garage. Brendan and his crew are extremely efficient, hardworking and professional individuals. I am extremely pleased with the work and the fact that the job was completed without exceeding the quote. I definitely got my money's worth and it was worth every cent. My garage looks great! In a few years, when my house eventually needs a new roof, Driscoll Contracting in Littleton, MA will be the first to receive my call. I highly recommend Driscoll Contracting.

This guy doesn t do the normal going to buy the pre-made spindles for the porch. He actually made every one by hand and did a fantastic job with it. He is accurate and very professional. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
