He said that he couldn't fix the broken wheel on my lawnmower. He then showed me a refurbished lawnmower that he got from an estate sale. It was a rainy day and the lawn mower was outside of the store. I ended up buying it with a 2-month guarantee in November. When I needed to use the lawnmower in May, I couldn't start it. I called him and he told me to bring it in so that he could look at. He said that he would charge me $25 to fix it. After looking at it, he said that the reason that it needed a repair was because we had left it outside during the winter and the screws on top were rusted. It was in our garage since I bought it and we hadn't even used it once. I told him it was NEVER left outside while in my possession and any rusted screws were from the unit being left outside at his facility. He was extremely rude and totally demeaning towards women. He literally told me, "You're more trouble than you're worth." , and threw the mower in my van. His customer service is terrible and I wouldn't recommend him to anybody.
