It was good and it worked out perfectly. They did what they said they would. The staff was great. They were very helpful and polite. It is very user friendly and it's displayed nicely.

I really like our new closets now. The quality of the materials are very good. What I liked also is that they would take back anything I ended up not wanting to using or if I changed my mind and changed the design as we were installing, they would simply let me return what I didn't want to use.

The Container Store is the place to go for all things related to closets, storage, and organizing. They have an unbelievable assortment of every imaginable container and holder, in many sizes, colors, materials. Their prices range from reasonable to pricey, but you can pay what you want to pay for the most part, depending on your selection from a wide range of items in the same category. We are very happy with the Elfa rolling container carts we purchased for storage. They are well made, very high quality, attractive, and not unreasonably priced. We also purchased some closet accessories and plan to go back for shoe storage options. They were out of the Elfa platinum baskets but ordered them for us and said they will call us when they come in. In the meantime, they supplied with the white baskets so we could continue with our organizing project.
