Perfect! We were urgently trying to purchase a home for our son. Mr. Shahani spent many days helping us search. We finally decided on a unit that we felt was overpriced but Mr Shahani encouraged us to be patient as he was aware of a potential unit becoming available. This unit was beautiful, a much better location, and a better price. Our son loved it and 3 years later he sold it for $30,000 over asking price with the help of Mr. Shahani. It does not get better than that. We are no longer in the Boston area but wish we had someone with the knowledge of Mr. Shahani to assist with all of our endeavors.

Shal and Jeet helped me to buy my home in Newton that I've lived in for 10 years. The couple of things I liked about them and would like to mention here are: a) Between the two they have a considerable amount of knowledge of the greater Boston area across many different subjects - from the likelihood of investment growth to school system nuances to networks that they can introduce you to for your needs etc. Its very helpful to know these kind of things in advance from a reliable source when you're buying a home that will likely stick with you for a few years. b) They're patient and willing to let you take your time with the process. It is very important to not feel rushed in a RE transaction so as to avoid feeling like you have to do it now or you'll never find what youre looking for. They helped make the home buying experience initially and a few years later the sale process a good experience for us.

Jeet is well informed of all the listings coming on and off the market. He has a good sense of value and pricing and also good strategies for successful buying in a competitive market. He knows the neighborhoods and houses inside and out. Very responsive and prompt. Always willing to go the extra mile to help in your real estate search. Would recommend him.
