Possick Plumbing & Heating

I needed to replace the hot water system and had trouble finding a qualified plumber to do it. It is a different type of system of which other contractors did not seem to know how to install it. I called a local supplier of plumbing/heating and I was told that it could be done just have to make sure the plumber is qualified to do the job. The work was done on our three family rental property and I am extremely pleased with the work. All 3 units now have plenty of hot water. The cost of the job is hard to break down due to the other minor repairs that also had to be done through out each unit. The total cost came to $3800.00. Given the complexity of the job , we felt it was well worth the money. Possick Plumbing and Heating is extremely experienced and dependable. We did our due diligence in getting multiple quotes as this was a large undertaking and although the quote from Possick's was not the lowest, we chose them because of their knowledge, experience, honesty and professionalism. I believe whole-heartedly that we made the correct choice.
They showed up on-time on the scheduled date of the project and the project took 2 days - just as promised - which was a huge relief because I have had horrible experiences with scheduling other contractors in the past. The workers were friendly and respectful. They left our home spotless after the project was completed and I loved that they wore booties over their shoes!
All systems are up and running perfectly! I will highly recommend Possick's to anyone!

Since we were an add-on, he was later than he estimated and we paid for the service of having him come same day. But he did a great job and we'll have him back when we need him again.
