AGM called us within 15 after entering it on Servicemagic, they came out the next day figured out what needed to be done, rewired the system that someone else installed incorrectly. They were professional, neat and answered all my questions. They gave me some recommendations to make the system more efficient. I am so impressed with them I will use them for all of my hvac needs.

AGM provided OUTSTANDING service. Their serviceman, Thom, was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, clean, personable, and FAST. Thom explained the problem and then my options. In my case a worn out circulation impeller needed to be replaced. Thom did the replacement in record time and had time left over in the hour (minimum 1 hour charge) so he used the remaining time to tune the boiler. I very happy with AGM and I will use them again.

AGM Services was quick to respond and very knowlegable. They fixwd thw problem promptly. They knew what they were doing.

This company found the problem and resolved it relatively quickly. I felt that if they were here for 1 hour it would only cost me $99.00. AGM explained that the 1st hour was a diagnostic fee for $99.00 and they were only here for 1 hour and yet I was charged $170.00. I guess the $71.00 was for the actual work even tho they were only here for one hour
