AGM responded quickly to our home without heat late on a cold Sunday night, got the furnace up and running and then completed repairs when the proper part could be obtained Monday. Thank you.

They were there when they said, worked very hard to fix problem and got it fixed.

Charlie was terrific. Not only was he familiar with my old boiler, but came within two hours of my call, did a great job fixing the impossible, and left things neat. $400 was a lot for my budget, but I think I can put off getting a new boiler for the rest of this season.

I did a fair amount of work to determine that a specific part of my old furnace needed to be replaced. Of several HVAC repair shops I discussed my situation with, only AGM did not insist that they needed to first send a technician to diagnose the problem before they would repair the furnace. AGM found a replacement part (based on info I provided) and replaced it with one visit and a charge of one hour labor (plus part). I was impressed and will use them again.

They called as soon as I hit submit on my Service magic request. They could come immediately, but I was busy, so they came on Saturday morning. Fabulous. He did his research, went out to find the part, installed it & we were back in business. Other friends have stayed home from work & have been w/o heat for a long time. AGM & Service magic make this painless!

Within 5 minutes I received a call from AGM asking about my furnace problem. They sent a service repairman out immediately. I was very happy with the service and would recommend this company to all my friends. The repairman was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The repair was completed within the hour. The repairman also explained what the problem was and how to avoid it in the future. I was very impressed with the whole experience.

it's good they come in the evening with no additional charges, but, he told me 8:30-10:30pm. By 10:30pm, he was just leaving the prior location. I am not accustomed to such late hours so we had to reschedule to the next day. He did arrive within the promised time the next day, was courteous, quick and within $25 of the original estimate so I was pleased with the overall service. one star off for being unable to hit the time window the prior day.
