The repair man was great. The bill was way to high in my opinion. $165 for a spray on test to check for a leak? Come on? Atlas has done well by us in the past but I was disapointed in the fee charged for this service.

Our AC stopped working on day, of course it was 90 out that day My wife has a medical condition which is made worse by high temps & humidity. I found servicemagic on the internet filled out a simple form when the phone rings its servicemagic honest 10 minutes later we had some one on the phone setting up a service call. The next after noon Mr. Obrien shows up "ON TIME" spends 30 minutes or so working on our unit and its fixed for just $200 We had another repair person come out for the first look, he tested some wires and told us we needed a whole new unit only $1500-$2000. I plan to call again in Sept. for a heater check up before winter hits

Had annual service on central A/C done for $149 cost. Field tech was very courteous & knowledgeable. 23 year old unit appears to have a number of problems. Not surprised, but I didn't expect to pay this amount for just an inspection. Prices quoted from sales rep were outrageous. Be careful, we're talking $6500 for 2 ton unit & air handler, plus $2500 for insulating job, plus no recovery for inspection fee. Quote from another company was $2900 for 3 ton. And another for $1290 insulation.

I've used AGM for both my heating and A/C systems. They are always the first to call, can schedule an appointment at a convenient quick time, and are on time. They only charge what is necessary, and try to find ways to save you money. I've worked with 2 different service men, and both were fantastic. I'd highly recommend.

I called, was notified of the cost for the serviceman to come to my house and told if he wasn't able to do anything there would be no charge. the serviceman arrived within an hour of my call his demeanor was totally professional, checked out the problem, gave me a price and had the problem fully fixed withing an hour, within the price range I was expecting. Very happy with his knowledge and ability. AGM formally Atlas Oil was my provider approximately 15 years ago and I am now considering returning to their company for all my Oil needs.
