AGM was very quick to respond to my request, as I received a phone call within 15 minutes of submitting my ServiceMagic request. They were able to come out to my house later in the same day and fixed the problem quickly and their charges were pretty reasonable.

At first it did not start off so well. Two dispatchers promised me that the technician they sent out would be very familiar with my top of the line, high-tech, computerized 2008 boiler. When Kevin arrived and said he had never worked on one before, my heart sank. Long story made short: he found people who did know how to fix it, was committed to making our home warm again, and would not be put off by any challenge. AGM's relationship with Burnham, the maker of my boiler, was also key to solving the mystery. Kevin and Jim were totally awesome, persistent, smart and committed. I couldn't have asked for more.

Ron worked on my project. He did not know anything about Radiant Heat, and AGM put this guy in this unknown environment. But Ron did a great job. So far so good. They need to come back and install my drip pipe which is MA. Code.

I would have given them 5 Stars if it where not for the fact I had to call to get a status on my replacement part two days after they told me if would be in... There knowledge was good and and the service was also good..

They arrived within 2 hours and were able to help with rebalancing the heat. They cleaned the filters and were very knowledgeable and helpful. They even left to get the proper size filter and bought a few extras for another time. Great organization!!
