The tech was very pleasant. But over the phone they told me a recharge on my AC system would be Approx $75.00. The tech told me it was fine and it was warm because it was the first time it had been turned on ans it needed no service. He even told me my filter wasnt even that bad.. Then they charged me $149.00 for basically doing nothing while he was here. If this was a basic service charge of some sort i would have like to have been notified when i spoke to them before coming out. The tech was communicative, the office was not..

It was very pleasant experience of getting the repair done. Even though, AGM services had to sent the technicians twice (due to presence of "Hornet's Nest" on the power supply of my air conditioning unit), but I was charged for one visit only and other expenses were reasonable too. Moreover the first technician Mr. Tom was bitten by one of the hornets!!!!, whereas second time, it started raining, but technician Mr. Dave did complete the work under the umbrella and by the time my unit was running and functioning Mr. Dave was completely soaked. I really appreciate the service provided and I will highly recommend my friends & neighbors.

They made an appointment to come to our house the same week that I called them. They let me choose a time that was convinient for me. Shaun was excellent at making sure we understood our choices, took time to answer all our questions and answered them so we understood. The guys that came to install our new boiler introduced themselves to us. They were quiet, cleaned up after themselves, went over maintenence schedule, told us we could call AGM 24/7. They were prompt, extremely proffesional. Highly, highly recommend them. Very nice experiance.

Knowledgeable, friendly staff that went the extra mile for me. They come out quickly and worked with me to find the best solution for our problem.

I had a previous company come by to fix the issue I was having with my boiler. Without examining the boiler, the "pro" I originally hired immediately said I needed to replace it and proceeded to give me an overpriced estimate. Luckily I got a second opinion from AGM. They took their time, were very professional and extremely helpful. The person they sent was constantly talking to me about my boiler and explaining to me how it works, what the problem could be and what to look for in the future. Pricing seemed very reasonable as well. I won't have any second thoughts about hiring them again or recommending them.

I received a call immediately after sending AGM a short description of my issue. They made an appointment for later that evening. The gentleman they sent was curteous and professional. He explained what he work he was doing as he found issues. He fixed my problem within one and a half hours. I am not sure of the price that they charged because I have nothing to compare it with. What I know is that I am happy with the service for the amount of money that I paid. My furnace has not been causing any problems since. I would use them again for any future problems.

AGM was very responsive and flexible about making the appointment to view the project. The technician arrived within the stated time period, and was pleasant and professional. This was a "second opinion' situation but the age of the equipment left us with limited options.
