Your original scope of work was to have a specific number of services including cutting and grinding 100 trees around your property, a walkway on the left side of your property, an embankment retaining wall built out of natural stone that was 350 linear feet long 2.5? in height, a second retaining wall, French Drain Installation, a new driveway including removal of the old 10,000 square foot driveway and Installation of the new driveway, a walkway entering your home with (12) solid granite steps ranging from 6? to 7? not including 8? solid granite steps we installed around your property. The walkway and steps we installed in order to pass inspection by the building inspector which was approved and we are able to move into your home. Veneering the left side under your deck, veneering both sides of your 3 car garage, a second walkway, a vegetable garden constructed out of wood, 20,000 sq feet of Kentucky Blue Grass Sod, Irrigation around your entire property, Out of scopes services including purchasing and installation of plantings, more screened loam, moving large boulders which you paid one of my employees cash and my former foreman cash in my absence. Installation of a fire pit in your backyard. Then the Town of Concord halted you because you are within 100 yards of the wetlands and at the same time Covid happened and you had to hire Stamski and McNary, Inc engineering to help assist with approval to cut trees. That process took one year to resolve and during that time you were not satisfied with using Community Tree to remove your trees so you hired Marquis Tree Service and at that time you changed your mind countless times about what you wanted to remove from the original scope of work so my lawyer wrote up a modification to our original landscape construction contract which you signed on November 9th, 2020 without force, to removal several services including tree work, fireplace, reduction of embankment retaining wall. The remaining work to be completed at that time was sod, irrigation, driveway installation, embankment retaining wall. All work has been completed including a new driveway, sod, irrigation, walkway, solid granite steps, French drain, veneer, plantings. All that remains is a 6? section by 2? high of the embankment retaining wall, corners, and caps for a Belgard Allen block wall and a 5? section x 5? veneer. On Wednesday, July 21st an offer was presented to you in a text message which I wrote; Ying, we are not installing the fireplace and In exchange, you keep the payment of $3,166.67 and we will finish the following: -Concrete Wall -Natural Wall -Veneer -Remove soil hill on the stump -Front garage pavers need repair and poly sand -Clean soil and sand on the driveway by the pond The completion date will be by End of September 2021 for the above-referenced work. At that time you then called the Concord please telling them we blocked your driveway with rocks the police officer told me that he moved the three or four rocks for us. Making false statements to try and gain leverage over people because you have money and or bullying them to try to prove a point is unacceptable. Credit is due where credit is warranted, you are out of line. To all my future clients our ratings and reviews show the type of work ethic we have and we cannot please everyone.
