Steve and his team showed up as promised at 7:30am every morning. They excavated/graded 1800 sq feet, dug footers, installed a beautiful patio, dug out massive stump, built stairs, a small retaining wall, and used the extra stone to build a fire pit. It came out great! As issues came up, Steve had good suggestions on how to adjust and was reasonable in his pricing. They completed the whole job within a week. If I have other jobs, I would definitely go to Roots N Shoots first.

Like the other reviews, Roots 'N Shoots delivered and spread loam as requested providing a great start for my spring project.

Stevhan and his team did a great job completing the major grading and level of our big back yard and doing a 7-foot retaining wall. Stevhan was easy to work with accommodating our additional requests during the 3 weeks project. My wife and me are planing to rehire them for additional work for next year spring time to complete our patio. We highly recommend this company for hardscaping work. We hired Roots 'N Shoots for a major project involving both our front and backyard, including sod and irrigation installation, extension of an existing stone patio, installation of a stone walkway, and cleanup of weeds and overgrown plants. We are very happy with the results. Communication throughout the project was excellent, and the work was completed well ahead of schedule.

We hired Roots N Shoots for multiple projects in our yard including synthetic grass, sod, landscaping, and building two walkways with pavers. Stevhan and his crew did an incredible job! They were timely, professional, hard working, and extremely knowledgeable in their field. They were very easy to work with and they had great ideas to help us design the best plan for our yard. Anytime we had questions, Stevhan would respond immediately via text or phone calls. We are especially excited about the synthetic grass that we installed in our backyard! After years of having a muddy backyard where it was difficult to grow grass, we are absolutely thrilled with the artificial grass. It's perfect for dogs too! Roots n Shoots handled a very large project for me including the following: - Built by hand a beautiful new three foot by sixty foot stone wall in the front of the house. - Installed a large new patio in back yard with fire pit. - Installed new walkways for front and rear entrances - Replaced and enlarged the driveway with beautiful pavers matching the two walkways - completely renovated the entire yard including removing all old bushes and old grass. - installed all new bushes throughout entire yard and laid down sod for entire yard. What I liked most about working with roots n shoots is that I was able to work with the owner on a daily basis. Stevhan was very accommodating and easy to work with. I was able to bounce ideas off him and he had many excellent suggestions on how to best utilize the space we were working on. Stevhanâ s crew was also very polite and easy to work with. The final result exceeded our expectations and we would happily recommend roots n shoots to friends and family. I would definitely hire roots n shoots for additional work in the future.

They are very reliable and easy to reach out. They took care of my whole yard and re-do the drive ways. They are hardworking and managed all the work efficiently. They knew the New England climate very well and picked the right grass and trees for me.

We installed over 130 foot, 3foot high retaining wall along with 80 ft tree removal. The project was done on time and on budget even while we were away. Stevhan send us pictures and progress reports everyday. The process was clear, smooth and consultative. Stevhan helped us make the best decisions along the way. Not specific on work to be done . Changes price after job is done . Unprofessional . Works fast though . If you get everything in writing would be good . He also damaged my fence without notifying me . TRUST NO ONE !

They went about the requested landscaping directly and professionally and the resulting landscape exceeded my expectations. They showed up on time and worked quickly. The work included replacing large overgrown bushes with new beautiful ones that we selected from the nursery, a new Kentucky bluegrass lawn and beautiful edging around the lawn

We hired Stevhan for a large landscaping job (rip up existing yard, install irrigation system, lay down new sod, install paver walkway and patios, plant bushes and flowers, build two garden beds, rip up two driveways and lay down new asphalt) because his price was competitive and we felt we would enjoy working with him. Now that our project is complete we can say we made the right decision. Every morning we met with Stevhan to discuss the day's schedule and clarify details. His team showed up early and got right to work. They were respectful of our property and were friendly. At the end of each day we met with Stevhan again to discuss what was accomplished and discuss any issues. Stevhan kept us informed every step of the way. With a big project there will inevitably be issues, challenges and miscommunications that pop up. Ours was no exception. Stevhan was professional and worked with us to resolve the issues to keep the project moving forward and he was flexible when we needed to make changes. After the project was complete, Stevhan came back to our house a few times to follow up on certain things to make sure everything was okay. Where do I start with to describe the awesomeness of Roots N’ Shoots?? It was a couple of months ago that my husband called Stevehen(the owner), (my husband did call a couple of other landscaping companies as well but Stevehen was the first one to respond so we decided to call him home to take a look at our lawn). We initially had plans only to plant a few shrubs and perennials but when we talked to him we found his quotes very reasonable so we also decided to put SOD on our lawn, redo the driveway, put a new pathway and build a wall. He was available on call or email whenever we contacted him. He was always quick to respond. He was very much willing to listen to all our needs and do the way we wanted him to do everything. He and his team are just awesome. They know what they are doing. His men always asked our suggestions before they even planted a shrub. All of them are very efficient in their work. Stevehen genuinely took an effort to bring all the perennials that we wanted. From the mulch color to the stones everything was put on the lawn as per our suggestion. He was more than willing to accommodate to all Our needs. A special mention for Sebastian(one of his men) who did an awesome work along with Stevehen. Now our driveway, the lawn, the wall and pathway looks beautiful. Everyone who came to Our Home complimented it. We are so happy with the outcome. If your looking for landscaping then I would say Roots N’ Shoots is your One Stop Shop for all ur needs. They have everything right from SOD to Driveway at a very reasonable price. Excellent work and service!! We hired Roots 'N Shoots to cut down a lot of old trees around our home, we were very happy with the whole process.
