We are a family owned and operated business with over 39 years experience in the construction industry. In 1995, Mark established Baker & Associates, Inc. specializing in replacement windows and doors, clapboard and shingle style vinyl siding, PVC coated aluminum trim coverage, AZEK composite trim boards, composite decking and railings, commercial and residential awnings, additions and sunrooms. In 2004, Baker & Associates, Inc. created a new division called Baker Awnings. Carol now manages this division. Baker Awnings is a KeDurasol™ & Eclipse Awnings partner, and is the consummate Cape Cod resource for Commercial and Residential Awnings, manual or motorized retractable, fixed, drops or panels to create an outdoor room. Work was done over 2 days.Quality of new windows is great ~ well insulated and tilt to clean.Old windows were removed. Rooms were left tidy.

Terrible! Never responded to email or phone calls and sloppy work. The electrician did damage, had never done this before and he was on the phone with his boss. Eight hours for a one hour job!. The installers left frame bolt unsecured and bolts were sticking up on roof frame! Disgusted!

I included the electrician which I never do to help you because of the distance. I know you had a problem with the electrician,under normal circumstances the electrical work is a simple job, not in your case.I know the electrician fixed the issue and there was never any additional costs to you."

Work wad completec quickly and on time. It was an unusual installation because of the construction of our porches. Theycame back to take care of a lrak around the gutter as soon as we called. The problem was fixef.

Our house has a large motorized deck awning that we use often. It stopped working. Baker came out and were extremely helpful and professional. Not only was the awning fixed with their help, but when the new motor failed after less than 2 years (no fault of Baker), they immediately arranged to get a new replacement at no cost to us from the manufacturer. No hassle or argument. They obviously are experts in all aspects of these motorized awnings, including the fabric, mechanisms, mounting systems, etc. They are also very nice and easy people to do business with. We would not hesitate to strongly recommend them for any awning project, either a new installation or repair of an existing one.
