They can come to the house depending on what the problem is.  If the computer is not working, they will come out to the house and diagnose what the problem is.  They fix it before they leave.  They came and they did their job, and they did it well.  When I called them second time due to something that was not working properly instead, I had to bring it to the store.  I explained to them the reason I got them was I could not carry the tower to the store to fix; but they still would not come out.  They would come out only if the computer is not working and at the initial set up, so those were the drawbacks there.  The work they did was good.  They knew what they were doing, and they could have been more professional.
