It was a good experience. They showed up on time. The dimmer switch worked and they recommended which bulbs to use.

I was surprised with the minimum of fuss. I was really amazed with how quickly they were able to get everything done. The work exceeded our expectations. They gave us several options for the outdoor lighting. The work has worked great ever since.

He was scheduled to work two hours. We were prepared to
pay extra because we thought it was a good amount of work.
Eddie was very pleasant and personable.
He changed the light very quickly and expertly.
He then changed the wall socket in our bedroom.
He answered all questions with a decisiveness and confidence
that demonstrated his overall professionalism.
After he finished the wall socket he proceeded to
install four smoke detectors which covered both
the first floor and the third floor.
He then proceeded to install two wireless door bells.
While we had an issue with those doorbells (one button was
faulty and the door bells were quite sensitive, Eddie improvised
and found a way to ensure that the bells worked)
Eddie finished the work in 95 minutes, which impressed me.
We were extremely comfortable with him and would surely recommend him
to both friend and stranger. E/R is the real deal.
He is an expert and professional at his craft.
I suggest everyone one and anyone hire him.
We have already hired him again to do more work for us

It took a while to connect with them, but once we did two guys came out right away.  They were great, professional, prompt and answered all my questions.

They were great. They explained everything and the cable seems to work well. They were professional, punctual and nice guys.

They were quick and only used 1 of the 2 hours I paid for with the Angie's List Big Deal.  Then, the parts cost an extra $125. Unfortunately, they would not come back to do the extra hour of work because the coupon says that they must do the work all in one visit.  So, I actually paid more than their hourly rate for one hour and paid a lot for extra materials, which was really disappointing.  They said that they would charge me $85, reduced from their $100/hr rate if I wanted them to come back for that extra hour, which really didn't make financial sense.

Eddie was very responsive in terms of scheduling the work. He was punctual and did a good job.

Arrived on time. Performed the work we previously discussed.  Finished in a timely manner.

Found I was unhappy with the motion sensor it did not work properly so he came back and removed it.

These guys were great.  The owner, called on time; came to  the
site on time; initially to make scope the job; then delivered great service installing the roof deicer
unit.  The installation technicians were professional and spent time explaining how
to best take care of the unit and what to watch for. 

Eddie emailed the day I purchased the Angie's List Deal ($99 for 2 hrs of electrical service)  to coordinate a date and time to install the ceiling fan and trouble shoot the electrical issue.
He and his assistant arrived on time and installed the ceiling fan promptly. They were very professional. It took an additional 1 hr to troubleshoot the smoke detector problem (they were there 2 hrs total). I was a little surprised about paying another $100 because I thought this was covered in the Angie's List deal but I had not read the fine print that it was $99 for 1 electrician + 2 hrs electrical work OR 2 men + 1 hr of electrical work..... I should have read the fine print.... I am learning this now that I have to do home repairs
Overall E/R Electric is fine choice.

The electricians arrived on time and I went over the various tasks I needed them to do.  They started working on the biggest job (the installation of a new outlet in my garage) first.  I had to pay extra ($45) for the materials (the new outlet box), but the labor/installation was free.  I hadn't planned for this, but it was completely understandable.  Fortunately, they already had the materials in their truck and they removed/disposed of the old outlet and old wiring for me.  Once that was finished, they installed a light in my dining room ceiling.  I had just purchased 4 new outlets (that were up to code), so they installed those in my kitchen and bathroom.  At first, the new outlet in my bathroom wouldn't work.  Apparently, some of the wiring in my place was a bit off ---the circuit for that one bathroom was connected to a separate light switch in my garage.  But once they discovered that, all of the outlets worked.  I was pleased that all of these services were performed at one time and for a good price.

Eddie went above and beyond to make sure the job was done safely and accurately.  Eddie encountered several obstacles such as delays with the local power company and scheduling conflicts to get this job done but he followed it through to the end.  Not only was he early, finished the work early, but also waitied over 3 hours for the inspector to show up.  I highly recommend ER Electric to anyone who is need of electrical services.

Best experience I ever had with any contractor.  They were on time, they called to say when they'd be there, they were friendly but extremely professional, and they were FAST.  They did everything I asked for at breakneck speed - I've never seen two young men - especially electricians - just plow through tasks, one after the other.  They worked well together, bouncing ideas off each other, and were trying hard to leave a great impression and a happy customer.  I think I got about 10 relatively small, different jobs done well and done quickly - an incredible value.

Everything went well. He was orderly and kept everything fairly clean. There are a few holes or small damages, but nothing we can't fix ourselves.

Eddie was prompt in scheduling and providing an estimate for work.  He was very pleasant to deal with.  He and his partner/employee showed up on time and completed the work in a timely fashion.  They did a fine job, their rates were reasonable, and the final price did not deviate from the estimate.  I'd have no problem calling them for other electrical work.
I wish they'd cleaned up after themselves a bit better.  I expected to have to patch holes and was fine with that, but my cabinet, sink, and tub were covered in dust and debris.  I also don't think it's right to ask clients to make a check out to an individual for work performed professionally, especially when I see a partner or employee in the picture.  These two things are reflected in the "professionalism" grade, but they're not fatal flaws that can't be remedied.

These guys were great. They arrived on time and got all five assignments done in an hour with 100% professionalism. Jobs that seemed very challenging to me they did quickly and efficiently. I only wish that I had had more things for them to do to fill out the hour they didn't need!

Two person came on ltime and worked very deligently over more than 2 hours.
They are both very pleasant and professional.

Two men showed up, on time ( a little early, in fact!).  I had a list of things that needed fixing on the inside and outside, so I thought the would get to maybe two or three things, then I'd have to pay an arm and a leg for the rest that would NOT be included in the alotted time...Boy, was I WRONG!  By the time I walked one of them through my house to show the issues, one was already working and fixed one of them!  They whizzed through my list of electrical 'to do's' so fast I couldn't believe it!  The only thing that wasn't done was going to require some construction, but I am DEFINITELY calling these guys when we're ready!....,   In the end, the only extra charges were for parts they had and used to fix our problems, so another $65 well spent! (Especially when I thought it would be a couple hundred more!!!)  I am  recommending them to everyone I know!  They traveled from NH to work a bunch of jobs in the area all day...and were courteous, pleasant, accomodating, explained all of the problems, what they did to fix them, how to prevent certain issues from happening again...I truly cannot say enough about them!  Two words "hire them'!  You won't be disappointed!

They were fine and did what they were supposed to do. It was a fine experience. Based on the amount of deals, there was a bit of a delay in scheduling the work.

My gutters were going to need more than 250 feet and the additional cost was going to double the price.

I;d  use them again in a heartbeat.  They were very helpful in also giving us information about our basement thermostat and heating element it serves. The were neat, cleaning up after their work. as well.  Nice guys, too.
