I hired them to do an appraisal on my home I have to say they were very professional down to earth no pressure no pain I believe they truly care about the homeowner and the situation that they’re going through I highly recommend them I have had multiple agencies contacting me where they just call my cell phone four times in a row I don’t answer my phone so it feels like harassment and stockingThat’s no way to do business. Tom Collin and Jessica Delmonico I believe truly care and are not out to get your business in order to make as much as they can. I believe they will treat you right and I plan on doing business with them in the future

Thomas Cullen was hired for a joint appraisal for divorce proceedings for a home n the city of Boston. Thomas Cullen has been doing this too long to make the gross errors that he made in this appraisal. For example, he adjusted the value up for an irrigation system that does nor exist there is not a blade of grass for that matter. He adjusted up by 25K for â viewâ from the roof deck. Other appraisals had no such adjustment, the view was listed as neighborhood in other appraisals. Majority of houses have roof decks and all have the same exact view in a 1 square mile Boston neighborhood. Thomas Cullen accidentally used the wrong number of bedrooms, which changed the comparison houses. Thomas Cullen has GLA = to the size of property - he accidentally carried the same exact number forward. City lots are tiny -the footprint of the house essentially. They are about 800 square ft. The GLA of this house is 3x that - another adjust up. Sloppy and suspicious. This appraiser was chosen by opposing counsel who was looking to increase the value of the house over the appraisal in place. This appraiser is working with these law firms. BEWARE. These are a few of the very OBVIOUS errors. I asked Jessica for a free revision as advertised and she said she could only talk to the other lawyers and would not speak to me even though this was a joint appraisal and I paid for it. This is illegal and has cost a fortune to fight it in court. BEWARE.
