Without styling myself an audiophile, I was looking for quality components. I was a bit intimidated and I wanted and a lot of hand-holding. I walked into Audio Lab with a general notion as to what I wanted, but little knowledge of available technologies and products. Mike was extremely helpful in his terse way, patient and never condescending. He advised me on components to buy and on how to set up my system, including components they don't stock, such as a DLP projector. He answered questions on the phone after I took my purchases home.

Took about a week to fix. I was disappointed that the CD player, that was my main reason for traveling to Cambridge to get repairs, was not repairable but it wasn't their fault. It's good that someone still repairs things and I'd return to them again.

THEY DO GREAT WORK, AND ALWAYS CALL WITH AN ESTIMATE BEFORE PERFORMING REPAIRS. SOMETIMES THEIR TURNAROUND TIME IS A LITTLE BIT SLOW.
