Northeast Irrigation

Northeast Irrigation winterized my system last October. As usual, they attached the compressor hose to a spigot connected to the sprinkler system and and blew the sprinklers. However, when they disconnected the hose they forgot to turn the spigot off. As a result, when I turned the sprinklers on for the first time in May, water gushed out of the spigot in full force and for a very long time. Since the spigot is on the other side of the house, I have not noticed it and were it not for an alert neighbor that happened to pass by, the water would have never stopped flowing because this spigot is not controlled by the sprinkler timer. I must say this was disappointingly unprofessional, not to mention the waste of so much water, a commodity that is very expensive in our city. Every other irrigation company I had in the past, always shut the outside spigot and I assumed that was the default. When I emailed the exact above text to Northeast Irrigation, Phil Corbett, the President, replied in a rude and hostile manner. He shifted the responsibility for the incident to me ("You need to take responsibility for your actions and own it"), said I had a lot of hutzpah, and told me to take my business elsewhere next time. My actions?! He left the spigot on. Needless to say, I will not call them again if they pay me to winterize my system.

I have nothing but good too say. They were one who put there quote online. They called me back immediately no more than ten minutes later. They also squeezed me in for the next day. Phil was courteous all around nice. Did the job fast performed the job as planned. Will recommend him to my friend and family.

We will continue to use them. They were on time, very pleasant and reasonably priced for the winterizing service

Northeast Irrigation responded immediately and was at the house within minutes, squeezing us in despite it being inconvenient. They treated us fairly throughout the process, would definitely hire them again.
