Very happy with the experience. Chris responded right away to my call, gave me an estimate and date on the first discussion. He showed up on time as scheduled and did a great job. can't ask for more.

We called the guy he referred us to to do the carpet stretching, who came and did a good job for a small fee ($75). Then Chris came and cleaned the carpets upstairs and down. He was able to get out some bad stains I'd left in the newer carpet upstairs. The downstairs carpet was quite old and there was only so much he could do, but he got all the remnants of dog odor out from the previous owner, which meant I could go downstairs without allergies acting up. He also left us a bottle of cleaning solution which we haven't had occasion to use again yet.

Chris from Crystal Clean responded immediately to my request through Angie's List and set up a time to come by our house to provide an estimate. I appreciated that he came by rather than attempting to do the estimate over the phone. This saved me a lot of measuring time. Chris set up a time to perform the cleaning right away. The company showed up on time as promised and performed the work in a very professional manner. The work was done in the amount of time that he had promised. We were very satisfied with the results. Chris did forget to clean one of the upholstery items. I simply emailed him about this oversight and he came by the next business day and performed the work. I highly recommend Crystal Clean.

Everything was first rate

Crystal Cleaners called me the same day I submitted contact on Angie's list. Gave estimate right over the phone and scheduled appt same day. Technician arrived promptly on the day of service and after seeing the home he guaranteed his estimate even though the home was much bigger than he expected. Cleaned 2200 sq ft house in 1.5 hrs! Very Friendly, courteous, and proffessional. Cleaned up after himself and the carpet was dry and stain free in 3 hrs. I would definitely recommend!

They were very good. It was really dirty and he made it cleaner than I thought was possible so he did a really good job. I wasn't home when they did the work.

Chris provided an estimate over the phone and was able to come to do the job within just two days. When he arrived, he measured the space, said that it was a bit smaller than I had estimated and lowered his price. (I have never had anyone do that!) He treated one problem spot (there had been a plumbing leak) with antimicrobial solution and cleaned the entire space. It has never looked better! He also gave us a bottle of spot-cleaning solution. We will definitely use his services again.

He was the greatest. He was really good. He went really beyond the call of duty and did excellent work. When the cat threw up on my son's couch, he came back and took care of that. He was very thoughtful, timely, and very easy to work with. He really knew what he was doing. He was very reasonable.

He cleaned our dining room chairs couple weeks before. There are some stain remained on two of the chairs, so I called him and he came back within a week or two. He clean them for free, but I asked him to clean one more big rug and maybe sofa too (it has been a long time, I don't quite remember exactly). As usual, he came on time and did a great job. dining room chairs are now spotless.

They went up and beyond. Our chairs were very old, but they did a good job. The owner was very informative, prompt, and personable. Overall, we liked him.

Called Crystal Clean on a Saturday, he said they could come Monday. Monday evening I arrived home to a beautiful sofa, best it's looked in years. And got a free bottle a spot remover. Paid by mailing a check the next day. No hassle, good price, great result. Sofa isn't perfect, but it's a vast improvement and probably the best that can be hoped for.

He returned my voicemail requesting an appointment very quickly. He was very prompt in making an appointment and providing a solid estimate. After he finished he left a bottle of his special cleaning solution thatwe have already had to make use of.

Very happy with the results. Chris took extreme care to protect the hardwood floors and surrounding furniture. The couches looked great with very low odor and a fast drying time.

He is great in one man operation. EH does all the work himself. He uses good equipment and the carpets look great. He was very professional by calling me back right away and showing up on time. I rate him high overall.

Very responsive, courteous, and professional. The owner arrived early, and graciously waited for me to arrive. He was able to get out the deeply soiled spots that I didn't think could be fully removed. The technique they use is quieter and less obtrusive than those of truck mounted units, and works at least as well, if not better, It also leaves less moisture in the carpet, so it is ready for active use sooner. I would definitely recommend Crystal Cleaning.

The person I dealt with did the work all by himself and he did a good job. I would use him again. He was pleasant. He did a thorough job. There are some people who come in and you still have to do some major cleaning once they are done. They do clean what they are supposed to, but they don?t wrap it up. However, he cleaned up well after himself and he also did a good job wrapping it up. He did a great job. The price was what I had expected.

We've used this company several times. Each time, they were punctual, described the process in detail, and everything came out absolutely wonderful. The technician was professional as well as personable. Before he left, he always let us know to let them know if there were any problems. The prices were reasonable; we got our money's worth. I would definitely recommend their services.

A great experience! Chris was very responsive to my call - setting up an appointment was very easy. He called us the day before to confirm the appointment. He arrived on time and was very nice and efficient. When he got here, we asked if we could add a couple of more carpets to be cleaned, and he was very flexible about that. He uses cleaning supplies that are non-toxic and pleasant-smelling. Some of the carpets had stains I didn't think would come out, but Chris got them out! All of the rugs looked fantastic. He answered all of our questions about carpet care and left for us a bottle of cleaning solution for spot cleaning. A few days later, we received a thank you note from him! I would absolutely recommend Chris to anyone - very nice, very professional and great price and quality!

We called them back 3 times because we had a couple of things to be cleaned after they had done the carpet cleaning job. So we had them back to spot clean those two areas. They did a nice job. The guy who came out was very prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. The rugs were dirtied by the pets originally. So he did some work on it and there was some problem with the carpets after several weeks. So we called him and he came back. He used a lot of solution on top of the carpets and took care of it. I think the carpet is now damaged to the point where we have to just either replace it or go with the hardwood floor on the bottom. He did a nice job. He also cleaned a sofa that we had in the living room. He did a really good job on that but the material got a bit damaged. I am not sure if it was due to the stuff that he used or if it was due to the machine that he used because the sofa was only a couple of years old. We are not sure if he did it correctly or not. He charged about $80 for cleaning the rugs and about $125 for cleaning the sofa. He then charged about $50 to $60 every time he came out. I would probably use their services again but I would look around more.
