Chris was very prompt in giving us a quote over the phone and showed up right on time for our appointment. When he arrived he said it would be $10 less than the quote over the phone- a nice surprise. He was extremely professional, did a great job and got up some tough pet stains on the carpet, and even left us with a bottle of spot cleaner with a deodorizer in it (for the pet smells). Chris even sent us a very nice thank you note a week later. I would definitely hire him again.

I have used Crystal Clean now a couple of times and have had a very positive experience both times. Chris Hickey is extremely professional in his demeanor. He arrived right on time and was done with the work in a little over an hour. When he was done, the few small spots in the carpet were gone and the whole carpet looked fresh and clean.

Chris came on time and explained what he was going to do and how long it would take. He completed the cleaning in a timely and professional manner. He left me with a bottle of spot cleaner for upholstery. A few days after the cleaning he sent me a handwritten thank you note. I recommended him to a friend, my friend used him, and he sent me a $10 cash reward! How great is that! I would definitely use him again.

We have two 3-cushion sofas and a chair that had resistant stains on them. We had tried multiple spot removers on them several times without much success. I called Chris to clean the upholstery. Chris was extremely responsive and professional. He was able to schedule an appointment for me fairly quickly (about a week later) and showed up exactly on time. He made sure to cover the floors around the furniture he'd be cleaning and told me what the process would entail. He was also realistic about what I should hope for re: results. He was able to get the spots out and even left me some of the spot cleaner he used for the future. Not only did he do a terrific job at a very reasonable price, but about a week after he completed the work I received a handwritten thank you note from him! We were so pleased with his work that we plan to have him come back to clean some of our rugs. I would highly recommend Chris to anyone.

I'm really happy with Chris's service. He arrived exactly on time and took an hour to clean 6 chairs and a 5x7 oriental rug. I had purchased/received these items via Craigslist and Freecycle so I definitely needed to get the items cleaned. The cleaning solution doesn't smell bad at all and didn't take long to dry. Chris also left a big spray bottle of extra solution for spot cleaning. Overall, quite pleased with his work! He even sent a hand-written thank you note which I thought was a lovely touch!

Chris was great to deal with. We were juggling moving into the house and were delayed by other work that was not completed on schedule. We had to change the date at least 3 times and Chris personally answered the phone every time and was more than accommodating in finding a new date and time. He did a nice job cleaning wall to wall carpet on 6 upstairs rooms, stairs and the basement. Overall we were very satisfied with his work and are even calling him again to take out a couple new pet spots.

Chris showed up on time, and cleaned both sets of stairs under the estimated time he said it would take. The carpets looked brand new once he was finished. He did a great job, and we are planning on hiring him again to clean the carpets in our new house.

We called Crystal Clean to clean our upholstered living room furniture. We made an appointment and Chris gave us a quote for the work. It included a couch, love seat and a chair. He showed up on time, was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He gave us tips on how to spot clean the furniture and gave us some cleaning solution to use. He explained why he was cleaning things a certain way and what we would expect the furniture to look like after cleaning. I would definitely use Crystal Clean again especially on our light colored couch. We have a fireplace in the living room that we use during the winter and a very excitable puppy so our couch can look a little beat up and dirty by spring. The light couch especially looked great after being cleaned.

Our micro-fiber couch got stained by some red dye from a few couch pillows, so it was in need of cleaning, as was the accompanying loveseat. I called Crystal Cleaning earlier in the week based on the Angie reviews. Chris gave me a quote and two possible times that he could come on Friday. He warned me ahead of time that he couldn't guarantee that he could remove all of the dye, but that he had dealt with similar cases before and would try everything he had to get it out. He showed up exactly on time on Friday. The whole cleaning took a little less than 2 hours, and it took about a day for the furniture to dry. The red dye, thankfully, is almost completely gone. While it's still a little noticeable if you look really hard, it definitely looks much better. And the furniture looks great overall too; it was over seven years old and hadn't been thoroughly cleaned the whole time, so it was due. He also left a large bottle of spot-cleaner for us. Overall, I found Chris to be very friendly and professional, and he did a good job for a very fair price. Would definitely use him again.

We were extremely happy with Chris' work. He was punctual, efficient, and highly professional. Our living room leather furniture was fairly dirty -- had not been cleaned properly in over 5+ years. After the cleaning, they looked, felt, and smelled like brand new. Will definitely be using Chris again for future cleaning needs.

Within a short period - 2 hours? - Chris cleaned my sofa and chair - with slip covers on. He paid close attention to seams and was careful about doing cushions separately. Then he did a deep cleaning of my rug. The items all dried within a few hours - but I could tell right from the start everything was going to be fresh and bright. He even gave me a dispenser of spray to use on my rug if there was a spill etc. I was delighted with the results....indeed my furniture and carpet look brand new! I felt his prices were very reasonable and his manner was respectful and friendly. He clearly wanted to make sure I was satisfied - I could call him if I had any concerns.

This is the 3rd time I use this company. Chris did a good job as always. He came on time, very courteous and did a great job. He always send a thank you letter afterward and send a discount coupon at the end of the year.

The entire experience was positive. We've had the rugs for quite a while and never had them cleaned. We have four cats, so it was time. Chris is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I anticipate making this an annual visit.

I had water in my finished basement and Chris came over the day after I called him. He showed up right on time, clearly explained the problems with outside water (dirty vs. pipe leak of clean water) and treated the carpet pad with an antimicrobial solution. He explained exactly what he was doing and what i could expect. He also cleaned an upholstered chair for me. Both projects were done beautifully. He was a real pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend him.

All of the furniture was white. considering the fact that they had been used for a long time, and never cleaned before they did a great job. I was warned that the areas I had tried to treat myself several times, which had food and red wine stains could not be cleaned to a total level of satisfaction, the guy worked extra h****** these spots, and they came out much better than I had expected. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I also learned my lesson....never use anything but water or club soda on spots.

Chris Hickey gave an estimate over the phone, arranged a date, and called on the day of the cleaning to confirm the time. He showed up right on time and got to work right away after checking out the sofa and talking with me about his planned approach to the cleaning. The whole thing took about 30-45 minutes, and afterwards he left a bottle of spot cleaner for any small future stains, as well as instructions for how long to wait before using the furniture, etc. A few hours later, the furniture was clean and dry, and smelled good (no nasty chemical residue), and a few days later, I received a very kind, hand-written thank-you note from Chris Hickey. I can't recommend this service highly enough -- and I am very picky.
