Chris responded to my phone inquiry very promptly and came out to the house to measure and give an estimate for the wall to wall carpeting in 2 bedrooms, a hallway, and library/piano room. He asked if I wanted a confirmation call the day before the cleaning, I said yes, and he reliably called me the day before. On the cleaning day, he arrived on time and set to work immediately. He estimated the work would take 2 hours and he completed the job in the exact amount of time. The wall to wall carpeting hadn't been professionally cleaned in 20+ years (no kids, no dogs) and the cleaning did a good job of getting rid of the years of dirt. I would definitely hire Crystal Cleaning again.

Very good experience overall; I have no complaints. He was reasonably quick with the estimate, showed up right on schedule, and did a very thorough job cleaning my sofa. While we had only asked to get the dander off, he discovered a stain on the fabric (probably extremely old, on the bottom of one of the cushions), and went at that diligently, getting most of it out despite its age. He left us with a bottle of spot remover for touch-ups, and followed up shortly after.

Chris was cordial and professional over the phone. He arrived promptly and was quite attentive to the areas that required cleaning. He explained what he was doing and tolerated with good humor an audience of small children. Our rug looks great and our couch looks really good as well. Odors were totally removed. There is a stain outline on our couch from stomach acid that unfortunately was not totally removed, but I don't think anyone would have been able to get it it totally out due to the material on our couch. We just flipped the cushion over. Chris was great and I would highly recommend him. He even followed up with a handwritten thank you note. Great service.

Chris was very quick in responding to the estimate request and subsequent questions, and was prompt and efficient on the day of service. He laid down towels to protect the floor and left us with a large bottle of spot cleaner. Overall, we're pleased and would use his company again.

Arrived on time and went right to work. Had quite a few spots I was unable to remove from my "stain resistant" carpet. Chris was able to get them all out and he left us a bottle of stain remover. Very comfortable having him in our house.

I emailed Crystal Clean for an estimate on cleaning an area rug and my sofa. They responded quickly, and the estimate was so much lower than the other one I got that I called back just to confirm. Easy to schedule, arrived on time, and worked efficiently. I will definitely use them again.

Chis is fantastic. We use him anytime we need our carpets cleaned and highly recommend his service. He is puntual, friendly, reasonable in terms of cost, and does great work.

Chris did an excellent job and was very fast. The off-white armchairs had lots of stains and they are now perfect. he even left me with a spray bottle for future stain issues. I was so happy I also had him come back and do the wall2wall carpeting upstairs, whichn was also fast and perfectly done.

Chris is such a nice guy, very professional and punctual. The work I had done to clean my chair turned out to have been enough, and he didn't need to do the work, but was very cheerful about driving all the way over! I gave him gas and coffee money for his trouble, which he tried to refuse, very politely. Will definitely call him again if I need upholstery cleaning.

Chris was great. I wasn't home when he came, but my wife was impressed. Chris cleaned our extremely stained (two dogs and a baby) white couch. It wasn't stain free when he was done, but I wasn't expecting that anyway. It looks MUCH better than it did. He also did a quick clean of a much newer, less stained couch at the request of my wife - and he didn't charge for it. Nice guy. Highly recommended.

We hired Chris to clean all the carpets in our house before we moved in. He was on time, quick and did a nice job. He even left us with a back up bottle of spot cleaner. I would use him again.

He promptly responded to my inquiry from angies list, provided a quote seemingly consistent with others' phone quotes, and dedicated a day to clean my rugs within a week. He was very professional and communicative, and even left some spot cleaner for us, and cleaned our outdoor furniture cushions no charge (which makes me think I paid too much). But Chris is clearly a trustworthy and competent business owner, so I was glad to give him the work.

We called to inquire about having our family room furniture upholstery cleaned. It's an old set (15 years +/-) that's taken a lot of wear & tear but we don't want to replace it until we're ready to do the whole room. Got a call back quickly, explained the job, got a quote and set a date. They showed up when they said they would, cleaned the furniture wonderfully, left us a bottle of stain remover and charged exactly what the quote was. Now it looks like clean old furniture and we're very pleased! Would definitely call again for upholstery, flooring or whatever we need that Crystal Cleaning can do.

Everything about them was not so bad. I would use them again if I had to.

He arrived before the scheduled time, cleaned two loveseats and left some spot cleaner for future stains.

I would give Chris and Crystal Carpet an A+ if the option was available. Everything from from Chris' initial call to me and up until the lovely "thank you for your business" follow-up notecard was nice, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Chris and Crystal Cleaning to anyone.

I just bought a new condo and needed the carpeting cleaned prior to moving in. Chis did an exceptional job! We thought the carpet color was a beige color, but after Chris cleaned them, they're more of a cream color! Chris also left me with a bottle of spot cleaner - which works wonderfully! I HIGHLY recommend Crystal Cleaning and will be calling again for my couch to be cleaned. On a side note, I really appreciated the fact that Chris send a Thank you note to me for hiring him. Nice touch!!
