Chris Hickey did an excellent job, cleaning the upholstery of two extra-large couches and the carpeting of my sun room. He also cleaned the carpeting of a basement room and with it, a throw rug. Initially, I had not asked him to do this, but requested the additional work when he arrived. He agreed and did not charge extra on the initial fee. He was punctual, friendly, and highly professional!

Very professional, carpets were well cleaned and he even left a spray bottle with cleaner for spills and stains. Will definitely use again.

I had an excellent experience with them. Chris Hickey, the owner, is top notch. He does not charge a lot and yet he spends a considerable amount of time as well as leaves me a jug of his magical cleaning formula. I have had no issues with their cleaning.

Chris arrived promptly and expertly cleaned our couch - he was careful, thorough and quite successful in getting the couch to sparkle again! He even gave us a complementary spray bottle with upholstery cleaner for us to spot-treat any areas that may need it between cleanings. Great job!

Chris called to let me know that he was held up and would be a little late. He arrived when he estimated he would. All the cleaning, both upholstery and rugs, was thorough. He dealt with some tough stains and did an excellent job. He left me a bottle of spot cleaner to use as soon as any new spots occurred, to minimize future staining. Everything was cleaned up when he left and the drying time he gave me was very accurate. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

It turned out excellent and it was really good. It's sort of independently owned and operated. He basically gives a quote and stands by the quote. He comes in and does a really thorough job and follows up afterwards to make sure that you're happy with it. I definitely plan on using him in the future.

This was the first time I've used this service. On the day of service, he accommodated my request for a change in my appointment time that day. He also agreed to clean to clean an extra set of stairs that I had not mentioned in the estimate. He even provided a large bottle of stain remover which I've used already successfully. Much better than any stain remover I have ever bought retail. I highly recommend him.

Chris Hickey was a real pleasure to work with. He promptly returned my call to schedule a date and time for him to clean my upholstery. He even called to let me know of a last-minute cancellation he had so that I could get my furniture cleaned before my house move. Chris arrived on time and immediately went to work cleaning the furniture. After only about 1.5 hours he was done. He gave me instructions on how to let the furniture dry (it was very wet) and left me a large spray bottle of spot cleaning solution. Once everything was dry I couldn't believe how great and brand-new everything looked! Even my real estate agent asked for his name.... :-) When I got today's mail there was a thank you card from Chris...something that is rarely done nowadays. I would definitely recommend Crystal Clean to anyone... and will definitely use him again.

It was excellent. I paid $65 for two chairs. They were very professional. They were very reasonable. They came when they said they were going to come. They called me back when they said they were going to give me a quote. They were everything what I wanted from a responsible company.

I was very happy with the upholstery cleaning service. Chris answered on the first call, was professional and friendly, and was easily able to accommodate my schedule. He arrived on time, was willing to answer any questions I had, and did a great job cleaning my sofa. With 4 young boys my sofa had seen lot of wear and spills, however he was able to get my sofa cleaner than I thought possible!

Chris responded to my phone call right away and was able to provide me a quote over the phone. I scheduled the service immediate, but the day before he was scheduled to come, I learned that we were not going to close on our new home in time for Chris to come and clean the carpets. However, Chris was able to accomodate our last minute change and even came super early (6 am) so that the carpets could be cleaned before the movers came. I thought this went above and beyond, but we were so glad that Chris was willing to go the extra mile. After Chris' visit, the carpets looked like new and everything smelled fresh and clean. He even left us with a bottle of cleaner to treat any spots that may appear between cleanings and even sent us a very nice thank you card. We look forward to working with him again!

C rystal Cleaning was able to come within 3 days of my call (with a weekend in between). He works alone and brought his equipment into the house. He answered my questions and even suggested what kind of vacuum cleaner I should buy. he was here about 2 hours and the rug was pretty dry when he left.

He returns call very promptly, is always on time and sends a thank you note for choosing his business. This is how to run a business.

Look no further, this is who you should call. I called Chris after reading all the positive Angie's List reviews. He promptly returned my call and it was no problem scheduling a time for him to come clean my carpets. He showed up promptly, set to work, and his final price was actually lower than his quote which was shocking given the size of the carpets in the rooms. Before he left, he gave me a bottle of solution to spot clean any future spills. I also received a hand written thank you note a few weeks later in the mail. An outstanding transaction every step of the way. I highly, HIGHLY recommend this company.

I have been using Chris to clean my carpets for years. He is professional, responds to call promptly, is always on time, does an amazing job and stands behind his work. I have 5 cats and 2 dogs plus work outside and have sand colored shag type wall to wall carpeting - not the best combination. Chris cleans so thoroughly that my carpets look brand new when he is done. I had one incident years ago, where there was a slight spot left due to some ink that was very hard to remove - I called Chris and he was out the next day and worked until the spot was completely gone. Talk about client satisfaction! Chris is a one in a million service contractor - he takes great pride in his work, has unbelievable work ethics,does what he promises and stands behind his work. He even gives me a cash referral fee for everyone I refer to him - amazing. Needless to say I refer everyone to him and not just because of his generous referral fee - I truly believe he is the BEST out there and that anyone I refer to him will be 150% satisfies just as I always am. He is the best of the best !

Our couch, chair, and ottoman had been through a lot before the cleaning and it showed. Heavy use during bedrest. The stains that come from spills of food or drink. The marks that come from crayons and markers that have wandering off of a child's paper. You name it, it was there. After the cleaning from Crystal Cleaning, a friend asked me if I had bought new furniture. I was amazed that Chris was able to get the stains out. And I was surprised at overall how much brighter the fabric looked. I couldn't have been more pleased with the results. Chris. the owner and cleaner, was wonderful. He was cheerful and easy to schedule with. He came just when he said he would and was warm and friendly. He was thoughtful and respectful as he carefully cleaned our furniture. He was careful to make sure that his cleaning items were not in the way and there were no odors from the cleaning process. I really felt like he cleaned the items with a level of care as though they were his own. I received a gift certificate for Christmas from a family member for cleaning of the items listed above, so I'm not sure what the price was, but when the person who gave me the gift certificate saw the furniture after the cleaning, she gasped and said said she would have paid double or triple the amount she did given how fantastic the furniture looked. I am planning to have Chris come back and clean the rest of my upholstery now. And I give him my highest recommendation.
