No complaints whatsoever. The tenants selected have been excellent and the team has promptly addressed any needed repairs, etc.

Michael Kelly was very responsive and prompt with his communication. He was able to place the work order immediately and complete all of the requested items before I moved in. He ensured that my boyfriend and I had a smooth and happy transition into our new apartment!
Description of Work: Prior to moving into my new apartment managed by Boston Luxury Properties, I noticed some items in the apartment needed special attention (leaky faucet, walls needed to be repainted etc.) so I alerted the company to these issues.
