Horrible experience all around. I was a loyal customer for 10 years and then I had a problem with a $3,000 couch I ordered and it was downhill from there. Bottom line here is they do not stand by their products. They are rude and unprofessional to deal with and will not let you talk to upper level management. Great store but you better hope nothing goes wrong with your order or product. They won't stand by it.

Their pricing and quality were really good. They were very competitive. I was satisfied with them. It took a while for their delivery of the furniture. I would use them in the future.

They were very professional and courteous. We weren't pressured in any way, but they were so professional and listened to what we wanted.
