About us
Ridge Painting & Restoration is dedicated to making your home or business look like new. We are polite, courteous, knowledgeable, and conscientious. Our work is meticulous in every detail from preparation to finish coat, on large jobs and small. Because we are a small company, because we are a new company, and because I have very little overhead costs our prices are lower than most painting companies, but our quality is top-notch. We are a small company. I do most of the work myself. For larger jobs I have several painters I have worked with in the past that I hire on a temporary basis. We have no trip charges or initial service fees. I ask for a payment of 25% upon when the contract is signed, an additional 25% at an agreed upon half way point, and the final 50% on the day the job is completed. For jobs that last 2 weeks or less I charge 50% upon signing the contract and 50% when the work is complete. Charges for paint and other expenses are to be paid on a weekly basis. Ridge Painting & Restoration offers a 5% discount for Angie's List members. Licensing is not necessary for a Painting business. However, I am fully insured up to $1 million.

Kieran was easy to work with, and to schedule with. He came early and was gone before I got home each night. He was there the days he said he would be and did not make a mess. His work is excellent and the price was very fair. When we decide to paint our exterior of our house I know that I will contact Kieran at Ridge Painting.
Kieran performed all of the work as agreed, and within my family's time requirements. He did a beautiful job on everything and was a pleasure to work with. I would give Ridge Painting and Restoration my highest recommendation.
