The C2D team was wonderful. They had to be very persistent in getting the building permits - it took at least four trips to town hall and a couple of letters signed by my condo neighbors. On a daily basis, they left the house clean of construction debris and their tools etc in an orderly fashion in a discrete area - and never let out either of my cats. They faced every obstacle with optimism and good cheer. And a month after they'd finished up and were fully paid, they came back to make one little touch up I requested. All this was done on just a hand shake, without a detailed contract (although one was offered), and I couldn't be happier.
