We had a sewer back up in our basement. Tried calling 24hr service with Roter-Rooter and they couldn't come till 8:30 the next morning, Contacted Budge It Drains, they came right away, they were pleasant and didn't charge us an arm and a leg because he came out at 9:00 p.m. They are definitely at the top of our list and will recommend to everyone.

Prompt response, great communication and easy to schedule for an appointment. Technician arrival on time, polite, knowledgeable and the job was done perfectly and professionally. However, the cost was not that "budge", especially for the camera inspection which can be done simultaneously when snaking thru, even though a discount was offer but surely out of our budget.

Mission accomplished as promised.
