Steve arrived promptly at the scheduled time. Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, he fixed my VERY CLOGGED sink (because of something stupid I had put down the drain) and cleaned up the area after finishing the job. I would HIGHLY recommend Budge It Drains, Inc. (ask for Steve, he's awesome) for your plumbing needs.

When I booked this job I was NOT told that there would be an extra $50.00 charge b/c it was on a Sat. It should be stated upfront to the customer. The job could have waited until Monday if I had know about the extra charge.

Came out within an hour and cleared the blockage in 30 minutes. Great Service.

Budge It Drains gave me an upfront quote for the job, price was $175.00 it was a bit more from others, but once I've asked for a $25.00 off (to bring the price equal with all others that I've used in the past) and he accepted, I did hire him. They did a great job and solved my problems with a timely manner. I do appreciated that I was not easy to be reached because I was overseas, but he did trusted me and performed the job and we got in touch once job was done, so he can get paid over the phone. I do appreciated Budge It Drains Inc. very reliable and did the job in a timely manner.

They were neat and professional they did not bring a camera but were able to unblock the drsin with the snake manipulating the head until it pushed out the blockage
