Joe called me and we spoke and they came out the same day and took care of my clogged drain. What a relief that was. Nicholas & Fred were the techs, each of them were very polite and courteous. They explained what the problem was and got right to it. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you

Budge It Drains was at my house the same day for a kitchen sink and dishwasher clog. The owner even waived an after hours fee after I told him I was working. David was the tech and he was such a nice guy. The magnet is on my fridge now and I would use them again and recommend without hesitation.

Dave cleared the clog quickly. Showed up early.

Fred was fantastic. He was very responsive when I asked for a recommendation for a plumber to help with replacing vanity and moving washer/dryer hook ups to another section in my kitchen.

The gentleman who came to the house was prompt, clean, neat, and very helpful. He was very knowledgeable and helpful.

First of all -he showed up when he said he would! He was very professional, knowledgeable,& polite.Did an excellent job, not only will I use them again but I will also recommend to everyone.

I was frustrated with my home warranty company who insisted on a plumber who could not do the job for a week. So I went to Home Advisor and found this company. I was shocked when a real person answered the phone and told me he would have someone at my home within an hour. Owner's nephew Joey showed up on time, introduced himself (very courteous and professional), got his tools and less than a 1/2 hour later problem solved. I would recommend these folks to everybody. Next time I won't waste time arguing with warranty people. I'll just call these folks. Thanks.

They did an ok job. The problem is mostly fixed but not completely. The guys who came to my house we're very nice and pleasant. However it took them all day to complete 6 hrs to be exact. One guy kept taking off to get supplies and left the other guy working. I ended up paying for the full six hours of two workers even though one was there.. they were the same guys who gave me the estimate so they should have known what they were going to need. Also at one point they informed me that the job I hired them to do wasn't actually something that their company has experience with which explains why it took them so long! I ended up paying $200 dollars over the quoted price which was already on the high side to begin with. I went with them because they were the only company who told me they could do the work required in the time frame I was looking for without having to pay for an estimate. Also while one of the gentleman did a great job cleaning up the mess in the bathroom, the other gentleman (the one who kept leaving) left a broken pipe, pcv pipe shavings, used rubber gloves, and other bits of trash in my basement. I definitely don't think I will be using this company again.

Patrick was very professional and helpful. He worked diligently until the problem was solved. He was great about cleaning up after himself. I hope if this problem happens again he is still working for the company.

They arrived the same day, were knowledgable and cleared my roof bathroom vent of debris which was causing sewer smell in my home.
