Dave and Pat fixed my leaking kitchen sink drain pipe. They were fast, clean, professional, and friendly. They did the job perfectly. I'd recommend them to my friends and family.

They charge extra for them to use a tool with camera, the charge is $175, after a 50% discount. That does make sense to me, that tool they choose only makes their work easier, why do they charge customer extra for that? Otherwise I'm happy with their work.

The representative arrive on time, was extremely polite and helpful. He asked all my questions, and cleaned the basement up after unclogging my drain line going out to the street, and even locked the fence lock after he took his equipment out of my house. Let me say at the outset: I do not do reviews. Hardly ever. But, in this case the service, timing, pricing and advice were so over the top that I had to throw in my own two cents here... You definitely do not see all four superlatives in one home repair appointment any more. Fred, my plumber who did the work, was one part highly professional, one part full of good advice and one part just a great guy! If you can request him, I would definitely make the effort. Very impressed all around with Budget It Drains. Go for it...

These guys were great. Super fast and friendly service at a reasonable price. They were prompt, courteous, fair and honest with the price and they cleaned up when they finished. I hope I don't need them again. but If I do I will definitely call them and recommend them to my friends.

Hire this company. You will not regret it. Joe reached out maybe seconds when I put a request in via HomeAdvisor. I told him my situation he quoted me a very great price. He sent Fred and PJ within the hour. The level of service was amazing. We were talking as if we had been friends forever. Long story short they fixed my issue. The price was perfect. I will be hiring them again.
