Iâ m from out of state and needed my rental property cleaned - he did four bedrooms, stairs and a landing and two couches and my property manager sent pictures and said that his comomay did an excellent job - very clean and smells great. He did clean the rugs, they were horrible so there was not much he could do there, they are 8 years old and never been cleaned so in that respect he did a good job. My objection was that he took the liberty of using the water spicket without asking either me or the landlord, it would have been perfectly fine but he should have asked. My other issue was that we just did not hit it off, rightfully so, he was very matter of factly, perecise and was there to clean my rugs but he just did not seem to have any personality.
