Steve has a unique ability to understand architectural design and incorporate practical application.
The total addition was 35 x 26.
A farmers porch was added to the job and incorporates the existing one we had. It was done to perfection.
The large screened porch itself is an open design 15 x 23 and includes an open beam design ceiling with french doors that leads to a 10 x 26 sun deck. .
The over sized 2 car garage has no center supports.
A unique front enterance staircase design ties the addition and the existing building together.
We have used Steve for other jobs in the past, a bathroom remodel, gas fireplace installation and kitchen updates. All were completed within budget and done beautifully.
This entire project from start to finish was a great experience and Steve made it a fun project with his easy going manner.
