I have had to meet with multiple inspectors and contractors recently, and working with Dave at Mold Spotters was a fantastic experience. He was so positive, extremely professional and informative. It is clear he is a good guy who wants to help homeowners. He explained what he was doing step by step. I felt so much more informed after meeting with Dave. Even though I did not end up having a mold issue he followed up with other steps I could take that would help with the air quality. I highly recommend this company!

The inspector was friendly, but they said they would use infrared equipment to detect the mold in the walls, and all they did was take pictures with their phone and do some air samples. The results were late and did not tell me anything. It cost $450 and was totally worthless

Dave arrived for the appointment right on time and proceeded to do a thorough inspection, asking and answering questions as he went along. He explained the timeline for receiving the results from the lab. It was obvious that he was very knowledgable.
