I hired Mold Spotters to test for mold in my attic and storage space. Both areas tested positive for mold. I hired a separate company to remediate, then called back Mold Spotters to retest. Dave is very punctual, reliable and professional. Very pleasant to work with.

Dave came and inspected for mold. Very professional, reasonable cost. I received the results within a week.

Dave was extremely professional and thorough in helping us to determine whether we had a mold problem from a carpet that had gotten wet. He sent tests to an independent lab, and discussed the results with us fully. The results were back within a week.

I lucked out and happened to be home and called. They had a cancellation and were able to fit me in. I work full time and would have had to wait until vacation to have this done.

He did a good job. He was late 30 minutes but he kept me posted every step of the way and because he did that I felt his customer service was superb.

At first I was pleased with the work the gentleman did. He provided lots of information. However when I got the report of the assessment, I found the information confusing. And there was a statement in the report that an additional assessment had been recommended and declined. That was not true. I was interested in getting as much information as possible and would have taken any recommendation to receive the most thorough assessment.

The technician, Dave who came to my house was outstanding. Not only was he early (calling to confirm that was would work for me), he was unbelievably thorough and made a point to explain everything to me. Dave was a perfect mix of professional and personable and he made the experience fun and enjoyable. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone in need of any of their services.

Either the companies rules or regulations make it impossible to get a realistic mold count.

My job was small but it did not matter to them. I felt as if It were as important as any other job to them. This could not have been ANY easier to schedule, and they did exactly what they said they would do, when they said they would do it.
