Very professional and unlike other companies there is no conflict of interest because they only detect the problem they do not treat it. For that you have to go elsewhere.

I was kept up to date on the arrival time of the gentleman that was coming out to the house to do the inspection. When he arrived, I showed him the area that I wanted tested, and he promptly went to work. He was quite professional as well as courteous, explaining everything that he had to do.

I want to thank Rebecca for such great support. From our first phonecon , she stayed in touch beautifully by phone and email. When I called the next day asking for a quick turnaround inspection, she did everything possible to meet my needs. She worked to reschedule an inspector's day, fitting us in. The result was an inspection less than 24 hours after I first contacted her, and the same day I requested the inspection. That's tremendous and I really thank her!!! The inspection itself was great. Dave Jensen was knowledgeable, informative, helpful. He spent all the time needed (more than 2 hours) to check our 3 different areas in our home, and answered every question. His guidance was invaluable. We ended up having 8 samples taken, for a total cost of more than $800. We did not ask for a rush report, and received it 10 days later. It was thorough, with laboratory results and an explanatory letter including images of every location where samples were taken. Of course, we were very pleased that the results are all normal. I feel as if we have been treated like valuable customers.

The staff at Mold Spotters responded to my phone request immediately and were very respectful of my request to have them call me after I had spoken to the home owner then made an appointment that was convenient for me. Dave, the owner, arrived at exactly the time we agreed on and I received a call telling me he was on his way. He went through my house testing the air quality and probing for mold and did the same in the basement. He also compared outside air with inside readings. He offered many helpful hints for preventing water from entering the basement, recommended a dehumidifier, told me how to judge the size I needed, sent a written report in language I could understand with regard to the mold analysis done by the lab. He also sent the technical report from the lab that did the analysis. Dave explained what he was doing as we walked through my house and showed me the readings on the equipment he was using. Dave was thorough and professional. I had two additional tests done that day after viewing the quality of the air in my home. I was extremely pleased and would highly recommend Mold Spotters.
