I really liked how informative Mold Spotters was throughout the entire process of testing and results being given. Reasoning of why I should or shouldn't get what specific tests were thoroughly explained with no intentions to upsell for repairs or fixes since they don't partner with companies to try to sell you anything BUT the testing. Pricing was a bit pricey if you're on a budget, but it was fair compared to competition with no hassle or feeling pressured to do something I didn't want to do.

This company is flexible, caring about your time, gave easy instructions for remediation that WORKED. Pricing is extremely fair and good!

Mold Spotters was very professional: I was contacted promptly to set up an appt. the process was explained to me in detail and my questions answered. Dave arrived as scheduled to conduct the tests, explaining each step. The results of the tests and interpretation of these results were provided within the week. That there we re no elevated levels of mold is most reassuring. I definitely recommend them!

Great service--Dan thoroughly inspected the house for signs of mold, tested the air in carefully chosen spots, and even rigged a way to test the inside of a sealed box containing books that we were suspicious of, all after patiently listening to our history to determine where he should test. The fact that he was so attentive made the negative results that came back very reassuring. And they're totally on the up and up.

Inspector was very knowledgeable and easy to understand. He explained the many options for taking care of mold and smell issues and didn't try to upsell any extra products.

We hired Mold Spotters to perform a mold inspection on a home we were purchasing on Cape Cod. We were looking for an independent inspector not someone who would be selling remediation services. Mold Spotters were able to fit us in on short notice so the inspection could happen when we were still in the area. I would highly recommend.

I found everyone from this organization to be capable and professional. The inspector came on time, sat down with us to get the complete back story, did a complete inspection of the house and explained the process and procedure. He was extremely patient and thorough in responding to all our questions and made some recommendations which we followed. We discussed the areas we wanted tested and all of them were done. He was generous with his time and we received the final results on the time frame that he related to us, and fortunately we were happy with them. We would highly recommend Mold Spotters and would use them again.

Only option we could find that did not have a conflict of interest. They came purely to tell you if you had a mold issue but were not trying to sell you mold remediation services. Very friendly, helpful, and accommodated us very quickly.

The work was done professionally and in a timely manner. Concise lab report was provided. Relieved to find out I did not have a mold problem.

Mold Spotters did a great job. They tested my new home after the home inspection suggested the heavy presence of mold in the basement. They took an air sample that came back for elevated levels that indicated the area had a long standing water issue. The inspector was very informative and the detailed report let the remediation team I hired know exactly what type of mold was identified and where. After the basement was cleaned, I hired them again to perform a clearance test and have confidence that all the mold has been removed. I had the same inspector and he made several helpful suggestions on how to monitor the humidity levels to prevent the mold from returning. I would recommend them without reservation.

I live in the top floor of a condominium building and over the years there have been multiple roof leaks over my condo. I was concerned with mold spores and bad air due to the leaks. I was not concerned with remediation, just testing. Mold Spotters came to my house and checked for moisture behind the walls using an infrared camera and a moisture detector. Air samples were taken from the outdoors (as a control) and where moisture was found. The samples were analyzed and to my happiness no dangerous levels of air were founded. Dave from Mold Spotters was very professional and answered all my questions. Also Mold Spotters first contact office help was very pleasant and helpful.I highly recommend Mold Spotters and I give them a 5 out of 5 star.
