Replaced is with a pre cast concreted stairs and metal bulkhead doors.

Great overall experience. Mean's showed up in the morning to demolish the old stairs, hauled away the debris and arrived back a short time later with the new stairs. Install was a breeze and the new stairs look awesome. Brian was extremely professional and it was a great overall experience.

Great overall experience. Sent an initial inquiry email which was promptly returned with all my questions answered. When I called to order my stairs, Brian was very flexible with the scheduled delivery. The day before the scheduled delivery Brian called to confrim. On the morning of the install, Phil (the installer) called to say he was on his way and that traffic was exceptionally heavy due to the rain. Phil called one more time to tell me he was a couple miles away from my house. Phil was a very friendly and personable guy and did a great job installing the stairs. He took his time to do the job right and made sure everything was perfectly level. The stairs look great and are a quality product.

I used an online form to request a quote. Someone came out, looked at job and then I was emailed a quote. I called them to ask when the work would be done if I accepted the quote. They told me and I signed the quote and faxed it back to them. They told me when they expected to do the job and they explained that weather could be a factor. They said they would call me at least a day before they did the job and they did. They sent a crew of 2 people to my house at about 8 A.M.. By about 10:30 A.M. the demolition and removal of my old steps was complete. As they were finishing up, a truck arrived and an installer, using a crane, completed the installation of the new steps and railings within a couple of hours. So, by early afternoon, the job was completed. I paid them.

I would refer Means Pre Cast to others. The workmanship was very good. The only issue I had was with one of the material colors and the response was that it would fade to match over time and they had been doing this for many years.
