System was purchased for my daughter. She is happy with it, but I don't have all the details.

It went well. The package was promptly mailed and I received everything I needed in a reasonable time.

this is a self-install, wireless system with monitoring that only costs $15 a month, just what we wanted. You just put up the sensors with adhesive strips, and you set the system in Home, Away or Off status, plus there is a test mode to check everything. I just did a test on mine, and within 30 seconds received a call from Simplisafe saying they received my test signal, loud and clear.

The system was easy to install ourselves and the functionality of the system was great! We put it in a home that we had listed for sale (to protect the appliances) and it was great added peace of mind that the home was secure. The system was also an easy sell to the new buyers at the time of sale because of the no contract monitoring with a low monthly fee.

When I did not receive it in the time specified, I called the company several times to find out what happened. Finally, I was told that it was on its way. Once it arrived, it was very easy to install and set up. It is working very well, and is easy to arm and disarm. $250 plus $15/mo.

The system was delivered in about 10 business days after the purchased the deal. I paid extra for additional sensors. I installed the security system myself. I am happy with the service so far.

The price is relative to other provides and very affordable. The service was great. It was easy to self-install and quick. We feel secure now.

It was very easy to set up – anyone can read the directions & do it. The only negative I’d have to say is that you have to put the base unit somewhere separate from the keypad, which makes it difficult to hear the instructions coming from the base unit. Other than that, it’s been great.

The system was extremely easy to install and works exactly as advertised. I was actually surprised by how complete the alarm system is. A calming voice speaks to you, if there is a message - such as you are trying to set the alarm and a door or window is open - and tells you which one to close. The siren is piercing - as advertised! Truly any window or door can be set up with the detectors. One extra I did not expect, but a pleasant chime occurs whenever you open or close a door - when the alarm is off. I have kids, so I like this. I bought a few extra detectors to cover all my windows/doors. They preprogramed my additional detectors before mailing them to me, so the whole system talks to eachother properly. I feel much safer simply knowing that if a door or window is opened - I will know about it immediately. I got this system primarily for my safety and am more interested in using it when I am home and asleep, than to protect my belongings in my absence. The only slight con is that the base mode has a very bright flashing blue light - that never goes out. It lights up my entire first floor at night. My cats think they live in a disco-tech.

That turned out well. It was easy to install and we have been happy with the system so far. This was a self- installment and the directions were easy to understand. There were some technology issues lately, but we have not contacted them about this yet. They are very responsive if we do have any issues though. Montly we pay $18.

as advertised. simple to set up. Although each monitoring piece is a bit larger than professional installations. The wireless devices require batteries, which increase their size and noticeability.

The system was super easy to install and afterwards we realized we needed some additional sensors and it was easy to order the new parts and they arrived very timely. Also, it's nice because you can set up additional codes for housekeepers, pet sitters, etc. They keychain is awesome because I always forget to set the alarm at night so I keep the keychain by my bed and with one click it's set and I don't have to walk to the front of the house. I could easily install another keypad in my bedroom but I love the keychain!

i don't know any other company as cheap as this one. u buy exactly what u need u do the installation is stupid easy. everything is cut n dry no hidden mistery fine prints or harassing pushing sales people at ur door step. ur in total control. plus it works perfect

The system is super easy to install, technical assistance was prompt and knowledgeable and the operation of the system is very straightforward. I've previously used a national well known brand alarm company and the solution is so much better for both price and service.

I purchased the Simpli Safe security system through an Angies List promotion for $99. The system was sent directly to my home and we were able to install quite easily. I ordered a few more parts to the system directly with Simpli Safe for an additional $65. They have an on-line video which shows how the system is installed and how it works. We are quite pleased with the system and the price.

Package arrived and was easy to install. We have been slowly adding more sensors and it has been an easy process. We had problems with the base station which they discovered remotely. They contacted us and resolved the issue quickly. So far it has been a first class operation.

It is good. The monthly fee is low and no contract required. Once I forgot to turn off the alarm, and I received phone call after 2 min (they claimed 30'', but I guess that is reasonable).

The self-install alarm package was very easy to install. I experienced a small hiccup with the base unit being able to contact the online monitoring service through its cell connection but I simply removed the backup battery to reset the unit and it was fine. The hardest part about installation is figuring out where you want to place your sensors, especially the motion sensors. Thankfully, there is a test mode that allows you to test where the sensor reaches. The system is easy to configure but the build quality and aesthetic design of the equipment could be a little better.

Everything turned out fine. We just started the monitoring service last week. We are also adding on two smoke detectors to the service. The pricing has been great.

It took a little longer than expected to receive. I was told this was because of weather conditions. When it arrived, I found it very easy to install and setup. I live in a remote area and the cell service caused problems with the connection to the monitoring service. I called and they overnighted a new board to me so that I could use Verizon, the only reliable cell service in my area. Excellent product, excellent service! I highly recommend this company.

I have to install it myself. There are a few weird things about how the equipment works that are less than stellar. I was surprised that I had to take a piece of cardboard and place it between the alarm part and the door. I've never had to do this before.

It turned out good and we are still using it. It was easy to set up. I am very satisfied. We installed it and then we pay a monthly service fee for services. We did have to pay extra for the license with the police department. It is $15 a year for them to respond to the alarms. The installation was very simple. I would use them again.

It was fine. I didn't really come into contact with them much. The alarm system was mailed out to me. I received it within a few weeks of me purchasing the deal and they didn't charge me anything extra. It was easy to put together but you don't hear from them after they deliver the product. They give you a number in case you need help but there's no follow up phone call. I pay a monthly bill of $15 for the system. One time the alarm was accidentally set off and normally an alarm company would call you but I didn't hear anything from them. So I called them and told them that I didn't hear from them and they said once I disabled the alarm they assumed everything was fine.

It worked out very good. It secures the house. So far the alarm is working well at a low monthly rate. It was a self-installation. It was very efficient.
