They system is good. For the money it does a good job. You are not required to get the monitoring with the system which is nice. The system makes a sound and that all we wanted.

Process was relatively seamless although the phone connection would not work. I called support and they walked me through doing a hard restart (simple) and that seemed to fix it. It's been working great in the following couple of months. Hardware is easy to install and entry sensors have a few inches of play which works well in an old house like mine (some other company's sensors have to stay very close which). SimpliSafe did a good job of notifying me of local permits and even sent blank copies of the forms to fill out and send in. I've been very pleased with their service so far. Luckily I haven't had to test the system with actual burglary but so far my experience with SimpliSafe has been a lot better than with other companies. It's easy to swap around components and I love the no contract.

Bought their system online. Arrived on-time. Very easy to install. Low monthly monitoring fee. On several occasion got to compare with other $40/month service providers and their response time on alarm was same as others.

I've been using SimpliSafe since February 2012. They respond right away after alarm. Very easy to install and of course the low monthly fee. I purchased this alarm system package as gift for my brother and his family.

It's turning out pretty good. It does what is supposed to do but I guess I have to return one of the motions because it does not work. The service is good and they always follow up when the alarm goes off. I am happy with it. There was an additional $20 to activate. I did it myself, the directions was self explanatory. It was completely wireless. It is a good deal...there is no reason to find a contractor where you can just buy the equipment.

Received everything in about a week. Everything seems to work. My husband installed. He had alot of questions which customer service helped him with. Price of 14.99 a month for monitoring without a contract. Can move equipment to a new house if needed. Cannot be beat. Recommend purchasing 2 motion detectors as used 2nd one in garage as husband has a lot of high end power tools.

My experience was good. It was self-installation and everything was easy to do. There were only enough for a few of our windows so we did have to order a few other parts. The kit would have been perfect for an apartment size. My daughter was able to pull one of the sensors off.

We are very satisfied with SimpliSafe. There were some growing pains with the installation, but their customer was very responsive and knowledgable and now we are all set. Installation was easy and the system is easy to use. It did take some figuring so that the cats didn't set off the motion sensors but it's done now. That business about under 50 lbs won't set off the sensor just isn't true.

The system was well documented and easy to install. The system arrived in about a week. It was easy to install and test. Great price and seems to be a quality system.

Their system is very easy to install, and the monthly fee is just about 15 Dollars. They are very responsive, they have called me within second of the alarm setting off. The system was also very reasonable. They call me, and if they can't get a hold of me, they will call the second person on the list, and then they call the police. You can program it to work on your phone, but that will be more expensive, and you can put other elements as well. I have the basic service. I paid 250 Dollars for what I needed for my house as far as the motions, and sensors go, I needed additional.

The syst straight out of the box was as easy in set up as placing a sensor on desired location and pulling out the tab to activate the battery. Pushing the sensor test button confirmed it was active. Activating the wireless system via their website was effortless .

Received all ordered products. Completely installed in about 15 minutes. It was super easy!

Installation was very easy. I did have a tough time linking to the dispatcher, but after calling customer service and resetting the system, all has worked well. I was missing the yard sign, but they sent it within a few days of me calling. So far everything is working great!

The service is cheap which is great but the sensors fail from time to time which is ok too. The problem is that this company cares more about their next customer than their existing....PAYING customer. Every time I have ever called for a service issue (and there have been more than I expected) and hit option #2 as an existing customer it takes anywhere from 5 to 20+ minutes for anyone to pick up the phone. Hit option #1 which is for someone interesting in buying and they pick up almost instantly. So either they have so many service issues which would make the product second rate and unreliable at best or they don't care too much about those of us who are already paying. Something to think about before you sign up.....When you do get someone on the phone I will say they are very professional and knowledgeable

That went great. This was a self-install and the directions were easy to understand. It was simple and I didn’t want a complicated system. They monitor the system, so I only receive calls from them.

Everything arrived in time and communications with this company have been, for me, just right - not too much and not too little. I laud their mission to make home security more affordable.

I set up part of it but some of the parts did not work with my house. I will contact the company for assistance

The work turned out good. It is easy to use and inexpensive. It was pretty self explanatory, and the instructions were as easy as can get. We were satisfied. They had to program it and then send it to me, and that took 2 weeks. I added some more sensors, and so I paid extra for those.

System seems to work well. A little concerned that the wireless sensors and key pads do not have sufficient range to cover a large house. Occasionally notice the keypads indicating out of range. In addition we find the door sensors indicating that the door is open. These issues have occurred 2-3 times in the last month.

An excellent service, very affordable and I can take it with me! If you are on a wired system, get out, get wireless and save money!

The whole process of ordering was super simple and easy. There were a number of different options to choose from cost wise, giving a variation of associated sensors etc. The cost of monitoring is REASONABLE. $15 when other options are $30-$40. The self installation instructions come on a USB drive, which also doubles as a key ring for arming the system. Setting up all the sensors was easy and painless. It is definitely a great product.

It took long to get here. Customer service was good but I felt the system had some flaws.

System works as advertised. Easy to set up and use. Customer service needs to re-evaluate it's East Coast centric hours. Hours begin after I leave for work and end before I get home. Only day I can call for assistance is Sunday, and when I did I had to wait nearly 1/2 hour on hold. Service tech was thorough when he finally got on the line.

This was a really simple acquisition and self installation. The monitoring is easy and it works. It is nice when things work exactly as advertised.
