They promptly shipped the system and the communication was good. It was incredibly easy to install and the instructions online as well as the keychain were clear. My two complaints are 1) the sensors look somewhat dated and 2) the keypad is not backlit so when you come home at night it is difficult to see what code you're typing in unless you turn a light on. My two complaints above are small and we are very happy with the system. It was so much less expensive than the big box alarm companies and does the same job. We've recommended Simplisafe to friends and will continue to do so.

It works ok. Unfortunately, the motion sensor is too sensitive. My cats keep tripping it.

easy self installation and online setup was great.

We did the installation-no problem. Very straightforward. The problem came when we were trying to activate the service. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the base unit. There was a procedure to fix the issue but it was unavailable until the technical staff came in on Monday morning.

I've been using ADT for years and my monitoring rate has gradually increased to over $50 per month. I saw the Big Deal to buy the system outright at $200, and pay $20 monthly for monitoring with notifications. I ordered the system and it was delivered promptly. It is self-set up, but that was a breeze because it's all wireless. My monthly savings will pay for the system in under one year. I'm very happy. The only comment I would make is that they include a freeze sensor in the package and they would not allow me to swap that out for a different sensor I needed - I've purchased 3 additional sensors. Living in south Florida, I have no use for a freeze sensor - and would have appreciated them being willing to swap for something else.

Haven't had a chance yet to install the system - will follow up on that. However I will say they were extremely responsive when I accidentally purchased two of the systems. They picked up on it immediately and contacted me about it, understanding it was likely a mistake. Great customer service and a prompt refund. Looking forward to getting it set up and dealing with them further.

I love this system and HIGHLY recommend it! We have used ADT and Bay Alarm in the past but got frustrated with contracts, high monthly costs and equipment problems. We tried Simplisafe because the install was non-invasive and there were no contract commitments. I was very skeptical but couldn't be happier with this system. It is extremely easy to install, easy to use and inexpensive. My three children are all able to use the system without a problem which makes us all feel more safe. .

It went very well. They were helpful when we contacted them, the video online was easy to follow and the installation was very simple.

The initial set up wasn't that easy, trying to get them on the phone. But so far the system works. I'm kind of letting it go a month before I add anything to it. But just getting them on the phone in the beginning was not user friendly but I got over that. Nobody ever showed up. I just got them on the phone and just that was a challenge. I did the installation myself. Their price was fair and they must bill my credit card every month but I think I did the $19.99 a month. They are just hard to get on the phone sometimes. But other than that everything is ok. I'd like them to do a little better on responsiveness. Its early, I'd still like to see what the longevity of the system is.

Provided the system as advertised. Install was simple.

The purchase of the package was easy; I was able to add a few other components that completed by desired home security arrangements. It took less than an hour to install and the service has been in effect ever since.

The system came very quickly. Had no problems installing it. Works perfectly for our needs.

The system is mailed out and it is a wireless self installation. It works great and was easy to install. I haven't had any problems with it. They sent out 2 control panels, 4 entry sensors (for windows & doors), & 1 motion sensor, so if you want more sensor, you have to buy extras.

There was a delay in receiving because my item was back ordered due to an error on the providers end. When I brought up the issue they quickly fixed it and rushed my shipment at no cost to me

delivery was quick and everything worked.

The company is great to provide security equipment for homes and helps you to set it up.

It worked out fine except that I haven't activated it yet because when I open the door its like a door bell that goes off...so that is a good thing. It is simple to install which is great.

Give them an F, it doesn't work. I just wasted my money on that. I hired someone to come over here. I asked them if they would come out and they said, "well, you're calling the wrong number" and they never returned any of my calls and I emailed them. I paid someone to come over and put it together and he said to throw it away. I will not use that company again. I paid the guy that came over here $150 to set it up and he charged me $100 and said don't bother. I don't buy much from Angie's List anymore because I haven't had that quite an experience. SimpliSafe Home Security never returned my call and they should have. I would have grade their price fine but since it doesn't work, I just wasted $199.

received package on time, followed instructions, very easy to install, no problem at all.

The information given before our purchase did NOT mention that Simplisafe is not a first Responder. Since Milwaukee requires a First Responder, we had to return the system. The company was very nice to deal with, responsive, and prompt in all our dealings with them.

They are really good. The best thing is the monitoring. The staff had been good.

The alarm arrived within 4 days from ordering. I installed system myself within 15 minutes it was up and running. Very simple to install very simple to operate.

I had to send back the security system. The equipment was very bulky and it was at least two times the size of what I had previously. If I wanted to get the full monitoring system it was $5 less than my other service. I just decided to stick with what I had.

I will recommend them. I can go on line anytime I need their service. They were good. They did what they said they will do. I am happy with it. Everything went well.
