Well, I went ahead and purchased the Simplisafe system since they were promoted on Angie's list at the time with a special Angie's list discount price of $199.99. What I received was the wireless base station, keypad, keychain remote control, one door sensor, one motion sensor. My experience with this system has been far from satisfactory! I am so disappointed in this system! My 11 pound cat sets off the alarm every night regardless of how we change it! We've tried "upside down" per the instructions as a last resort option and it still doesn't work! What I want to know is, WHY do they get away with advertising that their motion sensor works with pets under 30 lbs when it clearly does NOT?!?!!! Also, they advertise that no contract is necessary, yet their system constantly advertises "WARNING! NO LINK TO DISPATCH CENTER!" when one doesn't elect to pay for monthly monitoring?! This clearly makes their product useless without the monthly monitoring service in that they are informing the burglars that their is no monitoring! I bought this security system because it was on angieslist, so now MUST share the TRUTH about their false advertising! I tried to leave a review on their website, but they don't make it easy for just anyone to review their system! How dishonest are they that they only post positive reviews?!?! There is no way that I'm the only one experiencing this! I put the previous two paragraphs in an email a couple of hours ago and have not heard back yet. I expect to hear back from them

Everything turned out well, and I'm very happy with the experience. The system arrived on time, and the staff has been very helpful whenever I call for assistance.

Saw this endorsed by Dave Ramsey (I'm a follower). Ordered and installed myself. Excellent instructions, easy to do. Went according to plan. The online service is $15 a month. Can be turned on or off. I'm very pleased with the system (and purchase).

They sent the system right away. We have not put in the system yet as we are in the process of moving. We are looking to use the monitoring service in the future as well.

Everything is going well thus far. They sent the system as promised, and it's been working fine since I installed it. I can't grade such things as responsiveness and punctuality since I haven't dealt with any employees of the company.

Their stuff is all self-install. Ordering was easy. Their folks speak English & are patient & helpful. The order came quickly. Directions are straight forward - not at all difficult. Their components are all well thought out and work well.

We had some concerns after we received equipment from the company. Base on condition of 60 days money back guarantee we sent back their equipment. They received it on May 22nd and notified Angie's list it refund our money. But we still don't have anything back on our card. Appreciate if you refund amount of coupon as soon as you can Thank you

I moved into a house that already had a security system so I did not end up using the big deal.

She received the system through the mail. She installed the unit on her own. It did fall off the wall one time, but that may have just been because it may have been installed improperly. So far, everything has worked out fine.

They were experiencing some cell tower difficulties in my area; however, they worked with me and resolved the issue the next day.

We ordered the system and it was mailed to us. It was mailed promptly. We installed it, but but they gave us support when we called with questions. They provided fantastic customer support! We love it. It’s a great system and it’s very economical because there is no contact and the fees each month to maintain it are low. Companies like ADT are moreexpensive. I’m so glad I purchased it.

The service went great. I called them on one item and they got back with me right away. The system is wireless and it was easy to install. They were professional on the phone. I will be using them for monitoring in the future.

The service turned out great. I really liked that they offer monitoring for $14.99/mo. It was an install yourself system which made it very easy. The system has a cell phone connection so no LAN line is required. They got the system out to me very quickly.

It was a breeze to install and no false alarms triggered. Had read there were some that had some triggered so decide to wait before connecting to service. Sleep better knowing any intruder will be announced...

So far the service has gone well. I am very glad that I have not had to use the service yet. They have been responsive as I have asked questions by email and they got back within 24 hours. The cost is great compared to other companies for alarm systems as well.

The materials arrived on time and were easy to install, however, several of the window alarms did not work. I left two messages (never got to speak to a real person) and then received voice mail messages the next day. I never did connect and some of the window alarms still don't work. That said, I think the system idea is good and bought the same system for my son when his home was broken into.

That turned out fantastic. It was easy to install and we installed it 2 weeks ago. They were helpful; they called and they were very accommodating.

I installed the package myself. Everything was really simple and easy to do to. It was all wireless and works well. They are very quick to contact us whenever the system goes off.

I bought a complete home security system. In the middle of a move I misplaced the box they mailed me. Thinking it had not been delivered I called to inquire why I had not received it. They informed me it had been delivered per Fedex. They asked me to check one last time and offered to mail me a new system if I was unable to locate the package or work something out with Fedex. Fortunately I found the box when I got home. I was glad I did not have to have them send a new package. I was very impressed with their responsiveness and offer to replace the system. Hard to find that kind of service these days.

They had pretty good customer service. I had a sensor that fell off in the middle of the night and they called to follow up. We had some issues in the beginning and they helped walk us through that. This system was a self install and I did buy a couple more sensors from them 2 weeks later. I purchsed this system to replace an older system.

They contacted me with all the details of my order for verification and asked if I had any questions. They're mailing me the security system and I will be installing it myself. I'd recommend them.

They were very helpful in their guidance to set up the home monitoring system. The equipment was reasonable when we checked it online. Still working.

Received quickly and easy to install. The entry sensors work very well. Every time we turn on the motion sensors, we start getting false alarms. Quick response time replacing a non-functioning sensor, but motion sensors still giving false alarms in an empty house.
