It was pretty good. I like them. I did have one episode where I put the system on away, but they sent the police to my house. I bought another system for my mother's house as well.

Excellent company. They work you through it and no hesitations. Problems resolved in a few minutes.

It has been fine. The service has been professional. The representatives through the phone were very good. It is a good, affordable security system.

It’s been a good experience. There have been some customer service issues – I had a problem with the monitoring company and they didn't call me back. I had to reach out to them via email to get my issue resolved. Setting up the system myself was easy enough. The best part is that I don't have a contract with them.

I ordered the product and it was delivered to my house. Setup was simple and the product works as advertised. No complaints. I may use their services in the future when i want to upgrade the system.

There have been some connectivity issues with the system, but the company has taken care of the issue. Aside from this, everything has gone well, and my dealings with the company have been pleasant.

The system arrived right away in perfect condition. The price was the best that I had seen at that time and it has come down to about $200.00 since that.

I did purchase an extra key-fob that was also mailed out with the unit. The pricing is excellent! They mailed the unit to me and I installed it myself. The package arrived in the mail within five days. The installation was pretty easy. When I called them, there was a small wait before I reached a representative. I am happy with the service and the product.

In doing research on security systems I wanted to get one that had the lowest cost to operate and I estimated based on a 3 year period. We just bought a new house that already had a wired security system installed, and I thought for sure that just turning that service on would be the most cost effective option, but they said that the components installed are outdated and they would no longer supper them, so they would have to come out and upgrade our system for $400 and the monitoring would be twice what Simplisafe's basic package is. So in the long run we will come out ahead with Simplisafe. I had to uninstall the old system which left big gaping holes in the wall that I now have to repair and I'm glad that this system will leave no such problem for myself or the next owner of the house. It took me about 2hours to install everything and then after everything was installed and I was testing I was having a problem with one of the motion sensors not working and my base station kept telling me that it wasn't getting a signal so I called Simplisafe's customer service and they reset something remotely and had it working right away. I also realized that I ordered too many sensors and had to return some. The return was very easy and shipping was covered. At the same time I wanted to order an additional keypad and they applied my Angie's list discount without me even asking which I think is great customer service! As far as operating the system goes, it's very easy. Off, away, and home. Idiot proof, which I definitely need. A few things to note are that the sensors are visible. They aren't obtrusive, but you definitely can see that they are there. And the base station also talks to you, which scared the bejeezus out of me the first few times. I have two cats and they have not set off the alarm during the 3 day test period. The instructions do say that if the pets can get within 5 feet of the motion sensors they might set them off, so if I re-arrange furniture I might put the system in test mode again to make sure that they won't be able to climb anywhere that might set off the alarm. All in all - so far I'm very happy with this system. Hopefully it will work reliably over the long term.

It was easy to install, pretty easy to operate, and low cost. Their customer service is also very helpful.

We got the basic package. However, we will be getting additional sensors for doors and windows to use alarm system in home mode. If your home or work from home it is a good idea to invest in a few more sensors. The system is simple to install. The online system is easy to activate and use. The online videos are helpful.

I have not installed the system yet, but the delivery was excellent and arrived before I expected it.

I have not activated their monitoring service yet, so I am not sure how that is, but the system world fine.

We purchased a security system for our rental house. The setup was easy, it did not take long to figure out what worked and what didn't. The 40lb dog DID set off the motion detector so that is something they need to work through. They ran it without it being connected to the service center for a while to make sure they were doing everything correctly. Then connected to the service center but something wasn't working. They called support (one problem is that support has banker hours, very hard for working people to call in). Support was very helpful and figured out what was going on and has sent a new card for the base and a new remote. They are very responsive and helpful. Will update when we have used it a couple of months.

Everything turned out well thus far. The system has arrived on schedule, but we haven't installed it yet.

Easy to setup. Almost plug and play..I did have to adjust a couple of things (to my own preferences) using my computer and the USB key, but that is all

Package did not contain 2 keypads like the special described. We were able to get an extra entry sensor, keychain, shipped to us instead, for no extra charge. DIY installation is very easy. Testing went fine and customer support has been good so far. We are happy with the interactive monitoring option, and will recommend the system to others.

They sent the alarm system very fast.

We haven't started the monitoring service. We got the materials promptly. As far as the materials go, I'm pretty disappointed. They are very tiny keys and they aren't black lite. I am disappointed with the product because I wish it had larger numbers. We also had to add more materials because we have a lot of doors and we got a fire alarm which made it much more expensive.

System was easy to install, instructions were easy to understand. When my system would not connect because the cellular service was poor , they sent a new chip which changed the cellular provider at no cost.

Installing the components was easy and customer service was helpful. I researched all the top systems in my area and no one provides home security for less. I don't need all the hi-tech digital bells and whistles from their competitors. I push one button either on the wall unit or my remote and I'm protected. I paid under $300 for all the components and monitoring is only $15/month! That's at least HALF the price as any other local company in my area.

My wife got broken into this weekend, and the system did alert the police, but it didn’t prevent anything from getting stolen.

they were very responsive and provided services and equipment as promised.

All parts were received an worked good, a door sensor did go out after about a week. emailed the provider and they quickly sent out a replacement and items needed to ship bad sensor back. no other problems encountered.
