Excellent. It was very easy to install. I was a little worried about doing this myself but it was exactly as described. I had a few questions and the staff was very helpful and walked me through whatever I needed. Im very happy with my purchase.

The service went fine. The only draw back is that I live in South Florida, and it is set up for someone in North Florida. I couldn't trade it for something else, but so far I am happy with it. It was easy to install, and they response quickly if the alarm goes off. Compared to the prices other people charge for monitoring and stuff, it was a pretty good deal. I added a few extra charges, but there weren't any additional fee beyond what I added.

The quality of their product is very good. I'm satisfied with them.

It turned out fine. The equipment was shipped in a reasonable amount of time. The price seemed good.

I bought the deal through Angies List. The items arrived in two shipments because I wanted to add several more items. The alarms were coded to the base unit and it was easy to set up. I am having a difficult time setting up to my car garage door. There isn't enough clearance for the alarm due to the size of the unit. I have one unit on my personnel garage door entry that is working fine so far in the cold Illinois winter. I had a flood alarm last week and the monitoring service called within 10 seconds of the house alarm alerting me. I was really impressed.

Everything was delivered on time and it was easy to install. We have not set up the service with them yet.

It worked out really well. I had put off buying it for a long time and the Angie’s List offer was cheaper anywhere else I could fine. The whole idea is paying every month to have it monitored. Alarm system companies want $30 or $40 a month. This is only $15 a month and there is no contract if I ever want to quit. I could even take the system and move it with me if ever I needed that. There was no additional charge to the $199 Big Deal. It covered the whole system. It is just easy to install.

SimpliSafe is very easy to install and setup online. I also really love their iphone app. The only issue I've had is sensitivity with the motion detectors and my pets. After speaking with Simplisafe Customer Service, I was able to resolve the issue. I would recommend SimpliSafe to anyone looking for a common sense approach to home security.

Monthly service fee is very reasonable. Monthly service fee can be stopped or started at any time as there is no lengthy service contract period.

It turned out very well. It's going to secure your peace of mind. I thought the price was reasonable. We had one issue with the sensor. We called and they sent out a replacement. I was very happy with their customer service on any issue we had. They've been very responsive and very punctual. They've done quite well.

It went fine. They just send it in the mail you install it yourself. It was straightforward to install it. I called them once for something, but forgot what it was, I had a question about how close things could be when you install the door, sensors. It was cheaper than other service and you don't have to internet in their system and in lot of other systems it do. It is all wireless, but you plug in the main unit with power. It works on wireless like a cell phone and you don't need internet that is better. They are professional. I would use them in different house too.

My review mostly pertains to Simplisafe's return/refund policy for items purchased from Angie's List.com. Unfortunately, the Simplisafe product didn't meet my needs and I chose to return it since they offered a 60-day money back guarantee with my purchase from Angie's List. After purchasing the $199 package deal from the Angie's List website, I received an e-mail from Simplisafe indicating that I could purchase additional components for my order before it shipped by calling them directly. I called them and added a smoke detector, glass break sensor, and a couple of extra motion sensors. I received the package within about a week of ordering. As I mentioned, I chose to return the system to Simplisafe about a month later. They supplied a return shipping label which was a nice touch. Simplisafe indicates on its website that refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the return. However, I noticed three weeks after they received the package that the refund had not yet posted to my credit card account, so I contacted them regarding the status of the refund. They stated they had refunded the amount FOR THE EXTRA ITEMS I ORDERED but it would take 5-7 business days to post to my account. The refund WOULD NOT include the amount I paid for the package on Angie's List. The Simplisafe website indicates that orders not purchased with a credit card would be refunded by check (which I presumed to include Angie's List purchases). Be aware that Simplisafe DOES NOT process refunds for Angie's List purchases. I sincerely hope that I'm not out $199 for a product that I returned a month ago in accordance with Simplisafe's policy. My "C" rating on the Simplisafe company is based on two things: 1) The 2-week delay in processing my refund within 5 business days of receiving the return package (as the website states), and 2) There was no way to request a return authorization using the Simplisafe website; and the wait time on the phone for post-purchase support was approximately 30 minutes. I hope my review will help others avoid the problems I experienced.

Everything turned out fine. It arrived to me in a timely manner. Everything was pretty simple and I think it is a good system.

The big deal turned out well, we were very pleased. They have a user friendly website and the instructions were clear, and easy to understand. I had to pay a fee with the county that I live in, for registering the alarm, and the number of people in the household with the police, so that if anything happens they know what is going on. I can go on to the website and buy additional things a la carte, so I bought a keychain where I can arm and disarm the alarm with my keychain. I would recommend this to anybody. What the big bucks companies charge you and what they charge you is like night and day, and then you have to sign a contract, and they send a technician, and they come and do wiring and drill holes. With these guys you can move it with you when you move, or you can just end it. They make it really easy. I accidently set it off, and they called. They give you a 2 week period where they expect new owners to make a mistake or forget the code, and they call you, and you have to give the secret code which you have to give, and if they suspect any foul play, they call the police. They called within 20 or 30 seconds.

They have a helping system and they were pretty good. The service was above average, not excellent.

I paid about $200 or $300 and in total $500. No individual came to our house. I didn’t really meet with a person.

Installation and set up were easy. The product quality and service is at or above what I expected for the price. Seems to work well and I like that I can keep buying additional items for relatively low cost.

My experience with them was good. It was just the Big Deal cost but I had to do a monthly subscription for $20 a month. The alarm has entry sensors and motion sensors and other sensors. It was a good deal for the price as it was for $349 on the website. The quality is good and it works as described.

Self installed security system. They talked me through the whole process. They were helpful. It was very fast and easy. It was easy to speak with someone for the process.

Works great. Have no issues - does what it's supposed to. Have a friend (non-angie's lost member) that prefers this service than any other security company. I would agree.

We're happy with it. I just love their equipment. It's definitely easy. They do good work and it's good service. I ordered it from the company, I installed it myself, and everything was good. They helped us over the phone. It's pretty straight up. If I have any problems I call, and they explain it over the phone. It's pretty easy.
