I had a coworker assist with the install which turned out to be very simple, and so far the system has been working great.

I returned the system and didnt use the deal. They were okay and polite. The individual I had spoke with seemed to be a little confused on how their Angie's List deal worked.

The security system was so easy to install and set up. We didn't even need to contact the company for assistance. We needed more monitors plus an extra keypad and they came within a few days of our ordering online.

It works great Im very pleased and have had no problems. Very inexpensive.

It worked very well. I liked that it was easy to install specially when you get a friend of the family do it for you. It covered our needs. It was done right away. It covered a lot of stuff we were concerned about. Not only breaking and entering but also motion detection, fire, changes in water that will alert the police or the fire department. It was comprehensive to put it that way. It checks for build up of water downstairs. That was very nice, we have a lot of peace of mind with that. They followed up with phone calls when there had been problems. We like them a lot. The price is excellent.

It was wonderful. You can call them with any questions that you have. It is easy to set up and it's affordable.

Hooked up two sensors and they quickly lost connection. One sensor was about 20 ft away from the base and the other was roughly 30 ft away, but neither would hold a signal to the base. The cellphone bluetooth signal also wouldn't stay connected. They gave me a few different suggestions to get a better signal, but I didn't feel those suggestion were necessarily going to address all of my issues. The system didn't give me a good sense of security and I decided to send the system back and request a refund.

Self install was easy. System is wireless. I like the monitoring service and the flexibility of the system is great for my use. Support folks are good about resolving issues I've had.

It too longer to map out what I needed than to install the system. This is without question the answer for anyone who wants a security system but doesn't want to pay $$$$ for it. Everything is wireless including the connection to the security company (that connection is cellular.) If you need a system this IS the answer. I shopped for over a year before deciding on this and am very glad I waited.

We got their self-install kit. We hooked it up and called it in. It linked up great! Everybody was very helpful and we ended up buying two systems. So far, it’s working great!

I liked that it is self installed because you don't have to have people in your house. I don't like that some of the products looked a little clumsy -like some of the sensors are not as steady as I would want them to be. It takes a lot of broadband space - it is operated on my wireless internet system but it sucks a lot of the broad band width so it makes everything else that is using the internet smaller.

It was an alarm system so I installed it and put it to work. There was nobody who broke in and the battery isn?t dead yet so it is good. I don?t know yet of the system will work if someone breaks in.

The alarms have been working well. They are extremely helpful. A great company to work with.

Compare this product with the major competitors and you'll likely have immediate interest in considering it. Why? Cost! And . . EXTREMELY easy to self-install (your grandma could do it, or, your 5th grade kid!) For a very inexpensive "entry" price point I received three door sensors, window sensors, a motion detector, two audible alarm sets, a water sensor, a "Yard Sign" AND, a very low monthly monitoring fee without a contract obligation, OR, if you choose, no monitoring service at all! Check out the competition. ADT etc., "hard wired" systems meaning running boxes and wires, a mandatory monitoring service with a much higher monthly fee. My only "downgrade" is the actual console (the brains of the system) emits a steady "blinking" light which should be a constant non-blinking. The "blinking" indicates a prep mode. However, this aside, the system works fine and despite the "blinking" appears to do it's job! Simpli Safe is the competitions worst nightmare as anyone who is price conscious will consider it or Frontpoint, another fine system we've installed in our office as a cost-saving measure (ditched our old provider and months later, no regrets)

We have been very happy with the entire experience. We did considerable research prior to purchase, including an estimate from our previous alarm company to upgrade our existing system to wireless monitoring. We chose SimpliSafe because of its reasonable pricing both for the system and the monthly monitoring. Knowing we had a 60-day trial, we didn't see what we had to lose by trying them. They shipped our order promptly and we have found it easy to contact them both by phone and email to get all our questions answered. The sensors were easy to install; although the self-stick tape wasn't always sufficient to hold them, they were easy to screw in where needed. The keyless remote plugs into the base station and then into your computer, making it easy to add new monitors to the system. The only minor glitch in the whole process was a little bit of confusion over the licensing--we didn't understand at first that SimpliSafe uses a separate company, C.O.P.S., to do the monitoring, at least in our state. Our city requires that the monitoring company be licensed in the state of Michigan; they don't really care about the licensing for SimpliSafe. Anyway, that all worked out fine, and we paid less than half of what we would have paid our previous provider for a wireless installation, and have twice as many sensors. In terms of the monitoring, our monthly plan is about half of our previous cost, and there is no contract. We couldn't be happier!

The system was very easy to install. The system consisted of 3 entry, 2 motion detectors, 2 smoke, keypad and system brain. Took less than 1 hour to install. I then called them to program the system, also you can do it yourself if you like. we have been using the alarm now for almost 2 weeks and like it very much, also $14.95 a month is a good price for what you get.

It went fine. Great so far. So far so good. Pretty happy with it. Quick to react to any alarms that I have. I ended up buying extra parts that were outside of the initial package. Took 4 to 5 day to get the system to me.

We bought... the One SimpliSafe2 Base Station - Master Control UnitDeal which includes: four Entry Sensors, one motion sensor, one freeze sensor, one keypad, one extra 105dB siren, one keychain remote, one yard sign, and two window decals And then we contacted SimpliSafe directly by phone to order an additional motion sensor. Friendly folk. They shipped the extra sensor with the Home Security Deal. Buying through AngiesList way less costly that all the 10% off deals we hear on the radio.

We have good experiences with them. They don't come to the house. They just send you everything through the mail. I purchased the equipment for about $100 and it's $25 a month for monitoring services. There's no pressure and no contract.

What I like most about the company is that is very simple and easy to understand. I would recommend them to a friend. I have not had any problems this far.

I received it but I haven't had any chance to install it yet. It included about four entry. Its just pretty much what I expected.

The service has gone fine. I believe we paid an additional fee for some extra sensors. They were able to get the system to us very quickly. We really like the system so far. It offers comparable service at a lower cost. The staff is very responsive when we have had issues. We had to contact them about one of the sensors going off and they were helpful in that situation. They have been easy to work and I would recommend the company to others.

This is a DIY setup. The installation was extremely easy, and it works as advertised. The only negative is that the "home station" battery does not last long. So if there is a power outage for more than a couple of hours, the system is disabled.
