The installation wasn't difficult. Any questions I had were answered promptly. Very good customer service.

Simple to install. No wiring just stick up equipment to windows and walls with easy adhesive. Safe for painted surfaces and removable plus you can reposition if needed. You can choose no monitoring or three levels of service. (Still much less than the other guys) No long term contract. No contracts. I got the service that lets me set up and program my system online plus monitor and operate the system via my smart phone. If you need customer service they are American based friendly and knowledgable. After three months I added smoke detection for each floor. This seamlessly added to my system and I now have peace of mind knowing entry and fire are now monitored.

Came promptly via UPS. Install was easy took less than an hour to do the whole house

I ordered Angie's List special. On the first call, I had to wait for the for my order from Angie's List to be entered into the system. On the second call, I was informed I needed to talk to a "special person" to add onto the items that were included to fully cover my home. I couldn't get through to this special person for several days. I was assured the additional items would be covered by the free shipping included with my original order. One the third call, I learned they shipped out my original order and initally refused to give me free shipping on the additional parts I needed. Fortunately I had the name of the person who assured me my additional parts would be shipped free. The person relented and shipped the additional items free. The system is straight forward and easy to install. Setting up the features for my alarm proved somewhat challenging as I couldn't find any instructions for the website per se. I searched around on my account and was able to discern what needed to be done. It has worked as expected. ******UPDATE: Brad, a service manger for Angie's List called and asked about my experience. He had called and left a message. When I called back, the call was dropped in the transfer, before I spoke to him. Brad actually called me back immediately. He was very interested in what occurred to ensure other customers didn't have the same experience. I explained my experience. He apologized for the inconvenience. He asked if there was anything else I was concerned about and I informed him my wife and I were very satisfied with the system and it has been working flawlessly. In the end, he thanked me for sharing my concerns. Brad did ask if there was anything else he could do. As my wife and I continue to be very satisfied with the system, I said, "no." He thanked me, and then to my surprise, he said he was going to credit us for a month of service! I thanked him...I didn't even ask for it. This caliber of high customer service is something I would like to experience everywhere. Job well done SimpliSafe!

This is an awesome alarm system. Super easy to install. Very reliable networking of components. Excellent customer service and monitoring service. Well worth the extra money each month to have full mobile device access and operation of the system.

We are very happy with SimpliSafe. It was recommended to us by a neighbor. We like the fact that it charges a reasonable monthly fee without a long-term contract.

I received my equipment within two days of purchase. When a part was missing, I contact Simply Safe and they immediately got me the part I needed. I am more than satisfied with the experience.

The ordering process was smooth ans so was the follow up. The Simplisafe team followed up with me continuously and made sure that I understood the process. They kept me informed about the shipping of the equipment as well as what to expect when I get it. Their website has easy to understand DIY videos that made it so much easier for me to understand the system and how to install it. Installation was a breeze. Testing was easy. the only issues I have with the system is that I cannot customize the alert message that is played whenever a door/window is opened. It simply says Entry point and not the actual name of the door like garage door or front door or back door. I have not yet researched the system so I might be wrong but it would be a nice feature to have. All-in-all, I would highly recommend people to move to this security system. It gives you options and is light on the purse as well. CHEERS!!

Bought the 250 dollar system a year ago but waited until using for almost a year before reviewing. Installation is pretty easy. Our front door isn't flush with the wall, so I had to rig the setup a little bit to get the sensors to line up. Our house isn't that big, so the wireless system works well. I've had to change the keypad batteries after 11 months. Basic monitoring is only 15 a month, but I think most people will want the 25 a month advanced monitoring.

Easy to install and connect. The app works great to turn-off/on alarm and get alerts. The price is right--you do pay extra for the remote access, but well worth it. Especially since you are not stuck in a contract.

The self-install system works well. I was replacing parts from another alarm company, and some of the Simplisafe parts are bulkier, so I had to do a little carpentry work to make them fit. There was one time when it stopped communicating for an unknown reason. It had to be reset and then it worked fine since. It's easy to manage with the online account and their support has always been helpful when I call. I'm very pleased with this purchase

We were required by our insurance company to have an alarm system. We researched ones on Angie's List and selected SimpliSafe Home Security based on the price and the ease of use. We had multiple windows and doors that needed to be covered, so we had to request additional equipment. It was very cost effective and the sales service personal were excellent.

We ended not using the system because we decided on doing a whole house reno and I wasn't sure what type of security system I would need after the project was complete. They accepted the return with no questions asked and process was easy. The customer service rep was nice and professional.

Equipment was received very quickly. Tracking info was provided from date of order receipt to the date we received the equipment. It was not as easy to install as we hoped, but assistance by phone was quick, courteous and professional. The four stars for Quality is because the volume of the Warning Beep cannot be adjusted, loud enough for us. ** When I say Warning, I'm referring to the little beep every time a door is opened, even if the system is turned off before the alarm. We've created several False Alarms because we did not hear the Warning. I called for Technical Support and she verified that it is as loud as it can be. She said the issue has been raised by other customers and they are working on it. Once that problem is resolved and our system retrofitted, my rating for Quality would probably go to 5 stars. They've been understanding and helpful when we had the false alarms. Four stars on Price is because we must pay an additional $5.00 per month to specifically identify the sensors sending an alarm or warning. The verbal notification only says the type of sensor (door/window or motion, but not which one). The keypad shows the serial number for the sensor, but it is 6 digits. The additional $5.00 per month is for "interactive monitoring". That will send us a text or email every time there is a warning. We absolutely do not need that service and might find it annoying. I do not believe that specifying the sensor is "interactive". My previous security system used a name that we provided, such as "Front Door, West window in master, etc. Even if it would just say #1, #2, etc. that would be helpful. We could memorize that much easier than 6 digit serial numbers. The identification would need to be both verbal, and on the keypad. Other than the two situations mentioned, we are satisfied. There is a 60-day return policy, but we are too satisfied to take advantage of it. We would recommend to others, providing this information. For some, those issues might not be important.

I'm very pleased with the responsiveness with the company. The equipment has worked well, it does what it said it would do. It's amazingly easy to set up. I am very pleased overall

I use them all the time. I installed it myself. There's a range depending on how much equipment that you buy and the type pf monthly service that you want. The equipment probably tarts at $350, I don't know for sure. The monthly starts at $14.99 and goes up from there. Its easy and it affordable.

Good coverage at a reasonable price. Customer service leaves something to be desired. Thought it was weird that they couldn't cancel service at my old home in advance.
