Description of Work: SimpliSafe is a easy to install easy to use home security system. And through Angie's List, at a great price. I received the system within a week and was able to customize the system beyond from that which was in the standard offer.

It took considerably longer for me to install than the 10 minutes they claimed, but I never believed it would take such a short time for me anyway. The testing went well. They were quick and professional. I ordered the monitored fire alarm too. They are only $15/month compared to $40/month other companies I talked to. Their monitoring is optional They were highly recommended not only by Angie's List but also by CNET.

Description of Work: I purchased a security package with the equipment I needed for my home. It was really easy to install the components, and really convenient. I had to move the central unit around a little to find the best place in my house for the signal to transmit. I was very pleased with the whole experience.

Description of Work: Started off with the Angie's List special deal but also purchased additional sensors. This was an easy DIY project. Only problem I still have is with the location of one of my door sensors. Sometimes I get an error message. It's not the sensor since I've swapped sensors from another location and it still occasionally gives me an error. My next step will be to re-position the sensor or tower so that there is a different "line of sight". I'm confident this problem will be resolved. Overall I recommend Simplisafe and you can't beat their monthly fee!

Description of Work: I had used simplisafe in the past. This is the best system for the price. The quality is good. I installed the system myself and have not had any problems with the new system. If you are looking for a good quality alarm system for a good price I highly recommend Simplisafe.
