Just received one add-on sensor that was dead on arrival, but I expect they'll resolve it when I call. Currently using the $25/mo monitoring service; it's nice with the additional on-line features. But I like that I can drop back to $15/mo, and can turn monitoring on and off on a monthly basis if desired.

Description of Work: Simplisafe is a do it yourself security system. The pieces aren't fancy but they are easy to put up and do the job. The monitoring for the system is the lowest I have found.

Description of Work: A better deal was available from this company on Angie's List the very day I received the merchandise from my original order. I called the company to inform them of this and asked them to send the additional merchandise so it would equal the latest offer. The company refused, so I terminated my service and sent the system back.

Description of Work: Shipped self installable security system. Setup was very easy and everything works well. When contacted, customer service has been courteous, helpful, and fast. Monthly monitoring service is inexpensive and works as advertised.
