Description of Work: My order was shipped immediately and once installed works wonderfully.

Description of Work: I ordered the SimpliSafe System and received it in a timely manner. Everything ordered was received and in working order. I installed it myself with ease after carefully planning the placement of each sensor, recording the Serial Numbers of each sensor and placing them in each area of installation before installing any and cleaning the area were the sensor would be placed for optimal adhesion. |It has been in use over three months without a problem. I added the $24.99 a month monitoring service, monitoring both for security and fire and saved $89.00 on my home insurance cost. I would recommend SimpliSafe for their low cost security products and add the NO CONTRACT monitoring service.

Description of Work: Unit was sent to me for installing on my own.The unit worked great. The customer response was a little slow for follow up questions.

Description of Work: We haven't really used it yet (beside testing the system), so I am not sure if we will like it or not. |Time will tell. They mailed us the set up, easy to set up, tested out ok. We just needed a very limited system, so don't know if a more complex, larger would have been as easy.

Description of Work: Excellent product, service and support. I installed and have this service at two houses that I own (one up north and one down south). I feel better about both locations with SimpliSafe installed and their monitoring service.

Description of Work: I received my custom package and installed in about 15 minutes. System worked the minute I plugged it in with little involvment from me except to open an account for monitoring. System is great and the only thing I'm sorry about is not having learned about it sooner. Thank you Angie you've saved me a ton.

Description of Work: Excellent system. EXCEPT after 1 day an unresponsive sensor. No response to me email to customer service asking why as the sensor # is not one of my sensors. The only reason for a B.

Description of Work: Being happy about the price difference is obvious, but it's the people that put them over the top. I called two other alarm companies prior to speaking with Simplisafe and got hardcore sales pitches from both of them. I don't want to be treated like someone's commission. The competitors prices are much higher and they lock you into long term contracts! Simplisafe is going to disrupt this market with what they're doing. They are super responsive when you have questions, for instance emailing back within 10 minutes. | |One last note, they emailed me saying the cell signal to the home base wasn't good. When I mentioned that my cell phone didn't work well in that location they sent a different cell chip (for free) for the home base and now everything works great. I should switch to whichever cell network they're using.

Description of Work: Solid company. You buy and own all hardware so it's portable if you move. Can use alone with an alarm and not purchase monitoring. Or pay $15 per month and get monitor. Less than half the price of their competitors

Description of Work: Received all the right parts. I set up the system by myself. Installed per a video on YouTube and it was very fast and easy to accomplish. Tested the system and it worked fine. Did set it off by accident and calls came through to phone, and 2 cell phones so we were able to cancel police response. Very happy with the product and service.
