Description of Work: ordered system It didn't work They sent me a thing to switch out since I had Verizon Wireless and 2 motion detectors and a door sensor did not work I felt uncomfortable with so many things not working from the start and decided did not feel comfortable relying on it Also long wait times to get someone to pick up although they were always courteous

Description of Work: Provided a wireless security system which was self installed by me. Prices for parts and accessories are ala carte. Other security companies wanted up to $2,000 and a long term monitoring contract. The monitoring services with SimpliSafe was $14.99 per month cancellable at anytime. The system was super easy to install and customer service was good when I needed them.

Description of Work: I bought the special and added extra window/door sensors. Company is very pleasant and prompt. I have yet to actually install the product, it took longer than expected to extract ourselves from the grip of monitronics. I have to remove all the old equipment. Will update after I install it and set up monitoring. Assuming everything works,the monthly monitoring fee is considerably less, making this seem like a good deal.

Description of Work: I installed this unit myself in about 1.5 hours. It was easy to install. I'm having a little trouble with some system errors because the magnet needs to be within 2" of the sensor and my windows are such that it is just about that distance. But, everytime I call customer support, they fix the problem and are excellent to deal with. The $14.99 monthly monitoring is so reasonable. I would recommend.

Description of Work: I bought the $259 package from them - easy to install. They did have a mix up in shipping, but made it right by shipping a replacement system overnight and providing shipping labels on their nickle for returns. I signed up for their monitoring service and they seem to be right on top of it. Their equipment is a little low tech - but it works. Very happy with them.
