Description of Work: self install, so it was pretty easy. Only hiccup was getting a registration form filled out and sent to me so I could register my alarm with the local police department. It took the company a few days to figure out what I was asking for. After that they fedex'd me the paperwork and all is good. The company is very responsive and customer service does a very good job answering questions.

Description of Work: Excellent system, very easy to install, affordable. Only issue is that our 5lb kitten sets off the motion sensors and it's hard to hear the alarm notices when at the keypad away from the base station. Very helpful and responsive staff-monitoring has been excellent.

Description of Work: Great product. Easy to install. A slight bug encountered the first week, which was easily & quickly fixed with a simple phone call, (turned out to be 'operator error).' Since buying the initial package, I've added over $250 worth of additional sensors, signs, decals etc, and am quite pleased with the protection, and peace of mind it provides. The electrical power went out in my neighborhood a few weeks ago for roughly 6 hrs; however SIMPLISAFE SECURITY SYSTEM stayed operational the whole time.
